"This used to be my favorite spot for wings. The food still tastes good, but unfortunately the prices and customer service have gone downhill. Previously, you could get a 10-piece wing combo (wings, fries, and a drink) for $10. Now it's $16. Not only has the price increased significantly for small wings, but when my friend and I arrived, the manager appeared to be sitting in the lobby and seemed disengaged. We were not greeted by anyone, even though the manager was present. We stood there looking at the menu for 2 minutes and were ready to order, but after 5 minutes, still no one had greeted us. I had to ask the manager if someone was going to take our order or if we should just leave. He apologized and called someone from the back, who seemed to be a family member as they were not familiar with the menu. My friend ordered the fish sandwich, which barely had any tartar sauce on it. When I asked for more, I was told it would cost extra. I showed him how the sandwich was lacking sauce and he took it to show the chef and manager. They spoke in another language and the person who took our order came back with a small amount of tartar sauce, saying it was the best he could do. We ate and left. I won't be returning, even though I love their honey lemon pepper wings. This was my third bad experience in a row."
