"I came in to pick up an order. The order was not ready. I asked how long and was informed that it would only be about 3-4 minutes. I waited 10 and came back in only to be told again that would be an additional 5-6 minutes. Then when I asked the host why he didn’t just be honest with me about the wait times, and he told me that since he doesn’t make the food, it’s not his fault. I stayed to him that instead of giving me a lie, he could have simply said he didn’t know or go to check. Instead, he said whatever and now I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. I’m currently writing this review inside the restaurant and I still haven’t gotten the food. There’s is literally 1 customer in here, already dining. Terrible service if nothing else."

"We (party of 5) essentially had the place to ourselves on a Thursday evening so we felt super safe dining indoors. The place was recommended by my friend who used to dine at Big Suchir 's original location (inside a grocery store). They have your standard menu items as far as Indian restaurants go but there 's a secret menu item that this place is known for (must try). The Bajra na rotla (pearl millet roti) is served with jaggery, ghee, garlic chutney and a plethora other sides in a metal tray. Here are the other accompaniments (described from my POV): Baingan Bharta mashed eggplant with onions, peppers, tomatoes, spices, etc. Tomato Dal tomato base soup with crunchy noodles Kadhi milk based soup made of chickpea flour, curd and jaggery Khichedi spicy lentils and rice Chaas yogurt drink (lassi) The flavors, all very distinct, work well together. It 's also very filling! Expect that it will take some time (30 min) to get your food as these items are made fresh. There aren 't too many places that do this meal well from what I understand so it 's worth the trip if you 're adventurous."

"Excellent selection of mouth watering Indian food including Tandoori, Curries and offering both meat protein and vegetarian dishes. The manager, Alvin, and his staff are attentive and so polite. Definitely recommend Sattva Indian Cuisine in Aliso Viejo. Great place to eat before going to the adjacent movie theaters Edward's Aliso Viejo Stadium ."

"Oh my gosh! Outside of work I havent had genuinely good Indian food since leaving NY.. this was fantastic! The Chicken Chicken Tikka Masala was perfect! My teens have also never actually had authentic Indian cuisine before; my 13 year old had the Bhel Puri and my 16 year old (who LOVES heat) had the Goat Rogan Josh. They are both immediate huge fans! So excited to find the real deal here in Palm Coast!"

"**Samosa: 4.5 stars** I enjoyed two large samosas with a crispy dough exterior and a flavorful vegetable filling. **Chana Masala: 3.5 stars** The chef prepared this dish with the medium spiciness I requested. The chickpeas and spices were very fresh. **Lamb Saag: 3 stars** My husband found this dish just okay. While the lamb and spinach were cooked well, he felt the ginger and garlic could have been more flavorful. To be fair, he did request no spiciness. **Naan: 4 stars** My husband remarked, "I like the bread." The garlic naan and plain naan were well-baked, although they had a bit too much butter on top. **Mango Lassi: 4.5 stars** This drink had a delightfully sweet flavor."

"The appetizers we ordered Veg Manchuria was excellent but the Dosa we ordered was very lousy. We ordered two different Dosa and we specifically give instructions to make sure they are crispy. First one they serve was not crispy so I complained and tell the waitress make sure the second one is crispy. My wife was really hungry so she says okay to first one. The second one is also very lousy. We feel like we are eating roti and dal. Waitress says Sorryand that’s it. Could not believe they did not make effort to make crispy. I don’t think the cook know how to make crispy. It was the worst Father’s Day dinner we had. I wish we would have ordered naan and Subji."

"Great food and good staff! Also good portions. Went for Saturday lunch and had a good experience. Food is really good and staff helped us with best recommendations, the lady who took the order was so welcoming and helpful. Ordered gobi Manchurian, Garlic naan, baby corn fry, chicken biryani and fried rice. All of them turned out amazing with good quality and quantity. I highly recommend this place for dine in. "Wish i could give 0 stars..Tried this place for the 1st time..one of the worst restaurants ever..None of the food items were fresh..it felt like the food was prepared 1 to 2 days back. Ordered potlam biryani, manchuria and mirchi baji..the chicken inpotlam biryani tasted rubbery and cold, the biryani rice did not even have any spices..tasted bland Manchuria tasted chewy inthe middle. It is not fried properly. It is not crispy or spicy And mirchi..that was the worst one..It was not fresh at all andit was cold..When asked about this, The waiter said they made it in the morning and kept it microwave and gave..which was aclear lie..A fresh mirchi tastes different compared to a stale one. After eating at this place,I have realized that I ratherprepare and eat at home than waste money at terrible Indian restaurants."

"As far as Indian lunch buffets go, Five Rivers is the only restaurant that offers it in the Westlake area for $15 (M-F 11am-3pm. The buffet items were not labeled and I wasn't sure what I was eating. So, my tip is, only get a little of each in the first round, in case you don't like chickpeas or lamb. Service was abysmal. I asked for naan bread but never got it. Maybe they didn't want me to fill up on bread? Other people got naan though. So jealous. You refill your own water at the soda machine or fill up on the milk tea dispenser. As far as the food, it wasn't spicy as I thought it would be. The chicken masala, tandoori chicken, samosa were my favorites. The other stuff were OK. I checked-in on Yelp but didn't get a coupon. The cashier gave me 10% off for trying."

"This restaurant is consistently reliable and offers consistently delicious food. Although they forgot to include the samosas in my order last night, it wasn't a big issue. I called them and the man on the phone offered to either deliver the missing item or provide a refund. I chose the refund option, and he explained that he was too busy to return to the restaurant after closing. However, just a few minutes before closing time, I received the refund in my email. I really appreciate the level of communication and customer service they provided."

"This restaurant is essentially the same as Chef of India, just operating under a different name because their ratings have been declining. The quality of the food is questionable, and the prices are outrageous for the portion sizes. I ordered pav bhaji and received dal instead of bhaji. What is going on? I recommend avoiding this place and going to Little India instead. You'll thank me later!"

"I came in around 11:30am on a Sunday. I experienced good customer service and no wait at all. Food was delicious. I like their okra vegetable dish their spinach dish. Personally, the bhindi is slightly better in their Jamboree location, but I like their spinach here. The portion is decent I feel they can give a little more. Their portion is like Panda Express to help you relate ? P.S. their naan bread tasted more starchy. The other location is better."

"I like the new location it is more spacious. I went with a group. Some had lamb kabobs, some had kurma. One ordered her kurma medium spicy and another mild. Both thought their food was hot. I ordered a fried shrimp appetizer, shrimp vindaloo and garlic naan. All my food was delicious. My vindaloo was not too spicy. I actually borrowed some of the sliced jalapeños from my friend's kurma. The rice was a little plain. The sweet tea had good flavor though. Our waiter wasfriendly and attentive. I look forward to going back and trying more items on the menu! UPDATE Visited again during happy hour. Nice selection of drinks. The host suggested goat curry and we loved it. The sauce is more of a brown gravywhich I found delightfully delicate, while the lamb vindaloo was more tangy as a tomato based sauce. Both were delicious."

"We really enjoyed this restaurant. As soon as you walk in the spices light up your senses. We met both the owners who are very friendly. As you can see from the picture it has a festive colorful environment. They had some very nice electronic menus to order from that popped up images of all the food items. Their son develop this for e menue. It was nice to find they had lots of vegetarian and vegan options. We had several appetizers of eggplant okra cauliflower and vegetable samosas. In addition we split the Chana masala and dal takda along with basmati rice and tandoori roti wheat bread. I told my wife we need to learn how to do Indian cooking, until then we will be coming back here!"

"Was on a business trip and landed here during the stop over. It was a sweet surprise to find a good Indian restaurant with authentic Punjabi flavor. Had the lunch buffet, and I liked it. Rather than focussing on overloading with too many appetizers they just have a few but have ensured they taste good. The chole tikki was one of the best. Butter chicken, goat curry were delicious too with the right amount of spices unlike other restaurants who just thrown in the hot spices. Biryani had the the authentic north indian taste which is rare to find. Gulab jamun was nice, ras malai nothing great but I am anyways not a fan of it, so was fine. The atmosphere is good and owners are very attentive and warm. Will definitely return whenever I visit VA."

"A few days back, I went with my daughter to Mantra for lunch. They have a great Buffet options and food was really good. I am very picky when it comes to Indian food as we are a good cook, and have a high benchmark especially for Indian food But as I tried Mantra food, I was happy that now I found a place where I can come and bring my friends for lunch Buffet that we missed because of COVID 19. I’m definitely coming back as I have two friends, birthdays approaching and I’m bringing them for lunch on Mantra."

"Amazing Indian cuisine bursting with spices and flavor. The kitchen is quite busy, so be prepared for some delays in receiving your food. The restaurant itself is spacious and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I had to deduct a star because, while the staff is friendly, the service can be quite slow. Be sure to order everything you need at the beginning, or you might find yourself waiting a long time for assistance. The Mango Lassi is sweet and delicious, but if you're considering Indian coffee and tea, I find them a bit lacking for my taste. If you're in the mood for a drink, I highly recommend trying an Indian beer; my personal favorite is Kingfisher."
