"Was on a business trip and landed here during the stop over. It was a sweet surprise to find a good Indian restaurant with authentic Punjabi flavor. Had the lunch buffet, and I liked it. Rather than focussing on overloading with too many appetizers they just have a few but have ensured they taste good. The chole tikki was one of the best. Butter chicken, goat curry were delicious too with the right amount of spices unlike other restaurants who just thrown in the hot spices. Biryani had the the authentic north indian taste which is rare to find. Gulab jamun was nice, ras malai nothing great but I am anyways not a fan of it, so was fine. The atmosphere is good and owners are very attentive and warm. Will definitely return whenever I visit VA."

The kadhi and chana bhatura were amazing! The chaat was also quite good. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5. View menu

The service and food at this restaurant were excellent! We tried both items from the menu and the buffet, and everything was great. The service, food, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5.

I got a gajar halwa from here, and it was the worst gajar halwa I have ever eaten. In fact, calling it a gajar halwa is an insult to gajar halwa. It is literally carrot fried in oil that has had been used for meat before. Service: Take out Food: 1

My husband and I had the chance to try the buffet at this restaurant. We were blown away by the delicious food- it's the best buffet we've had in the DMV area. The family who owns the restaurant is wonderful and it gave us a taste of home. Overall, we highly recommend it. Dine in service was excellent, with a lunch buffet priced at $10-20 per person. We give a perfect score of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. View menu

The food quality for our catering order was awful. The ordered dishes, though claimed punjabi, were an apology of punjabi cuisine.... Wonder how can they claim to serve authentic punjabi food? The kadhai paneer had long raw pieces of uncooked onions and green bell pepper gravy had no punjabi touch also Aloo gobhi was watery and soggy. Why should boondi raita be sweet?? The hakka noodles were perhaps made out of packet instant noodles with hardly any veggies...salad was all lettuce and dal makhni tasteless.....the thickest naans I have ever tasted....Will never ever recommend this place to anyone looking for punjabi food. Sheer waste.

Ordered samosa chaat and different potato chaat for carry out. When I got home, some of the juices had leaked into the plastic bag since it wasn't sealed properly but thankfully it was also double bagged with a paper bag and nothing leaked outside. I'm going to give this place five stars because the food was still amazing and the service was SO good and that is so important to me. As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, the person who greeted me was so kind and welcoming. He even gave me a Chai tea on the house as I waited for my food and explained the different chaats I was ordering. Just really top notch service and so kind. The food was excellent, nice spice and tasty. Would def come ag...
