Service has taken a hit, and the food is more generic and uninspired. Original review: Best Vietnamese restaurant I've been to in the twin cities. I appreciate the little touches: the fried shallots, the two types of pork on the rice noodle salad, the pickled radish and carrot. The grilled meats are recognizable and actually grilled chunks of meat. It's not hugely different from other Vietnamese restaurants, but it's a little better and a little more thoughtful. Update: according to the owner, Andrew Zimmern agrees with me that this is the best Vietnamese in town."
