"I come here almost every day and today was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm giving it 2 stars because of their inability to manage rushes. I understand that certain days will have crazy traffic due to festivals and things like that. But today I waited 45 minutes in line to order my coffee and when I got to the front I asked how long it would take and they said an additional 20 minutes. I ended up leaving because I was late to an appointment. The line went by so slow because they weren't taking physical orders and only focusing on mobile orders. Why not just shut down the mobile orders for a while? Clearly they are overwhelmed with the number of mobile orders and when I checked the app it was mobile ordering for 1 hour as the earliest pick up time. Overall, they need to better manage busy days."

"Visited for the first time this morning. I'd been meaning to try it for a while based on good reviews, so I had high expectations. The staff food did not disappoint!! The line for doughnuts was long but it moved super quick. Every employeehad a smile on their face, worked efficiently kept the line moving; I was really impressed! Doughnuts were delicious...oh sofresh yummy. The cinnamon roll was excellent! I got the Cali breakfast sandwich it was so flavorful highly recommend. Theiced mocha was very good as well. This will be a regular spot for us from now on!! Keep up the great work! :"

"Very cute little coffee shop. A lot of space to sit down and work. I got the orange blossom latte and it was a little strange because it felt like drinking orange chicken. Probably wouldn't order again but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed that it wasn't too sweet. Service was prompt and a large variety of coffees and teas to choose from. "one of the BEST donuts i’ve had so far in chicago. i got their valrhona chocolate iced and it was absolutely decadent. the chocolate icing was rich and not to sweet, and there was a good amount of it too! it was melt in your mouth! the yeast donut itself was doughy and soft, not stale at all. and the donut was huge! highly recommend and i’ll definitely be back soon!"

"Location is cool and barista was really sweet. Cappuccino was good, but not great. I’ll probably be back eventually because of the location. But unless my cup was a fluke (admittedly possible since I was one of the first customers of the day), there are better options for coffee around town."
