"I visited this restaurant on Pi Day for some pizza and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon entering, we took a seat in a booth, only to notice that there was just one waitress working on such a busy day—definitely a red flag. She took our drink orders and our food order promptly, but unfortunately, that was the last we saw of her. We had to go to the counter for drink refills, and although someone brought out our pizza, they forgot our extra marinara. No one came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything, and to make matters worse, they tried to charge us for items we never received.
To add to the chaos, the lone waitress was clearly overwhelmed, working diligently while the managers just stood in the back, seemingly uninterested in helping her. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s searching for a new job; she was truly swamped. Management really needs to step up and improve their staffing and support during busy times like this."
