"Went to this restaurant with my cousin because a friend of his said that the burgers were phenomenal. We were both disappointed. We ordered a sampler because we couldn't decide on one appetizer. The Mozzarella sticks were great, the onion rings were good, the potato skins were... satisfactory... and the wings were awful. Sports bars should pride themselves on their wings but I can't imagine anyone saying the wings were the best part. They were overcooked, with barely and chicken on the inside, put in a pool of sauce on the plate. Also, the appetizers were given WITH the actual meals (burgers). Very odd. Burgers were not phenomenal. They weren't awful, but I don't understand why you'd put mushrooms on a burger when you can't taste them and it doesn't add anything to the sandwich. Fries were great though, won't lie. Service was bad. The waitress spent nearly all her time laughing with her friends. She finally pulled it together when she was about to finish her shift. The interior design was... weird. I normally wouldn't say anything about it, but I was just so confused as to why anyone would design it the way they did. Tables were placed so that it was hard to get out, and the acoustics were bad. Background noise was so loud it was hard to hear the people near you. I'm normally lenient on restaurants, but this one was bad enough I felt it was necessary to leave a negative review."

"We love Momos and eat here all the time but last night was probably the last time we will be ordering from here. I placed an online order for two items burger sliders and a chicken wrap for 6:15 pick up. I arrive around 6:30 and was only handed one item. I told the bartender that I ordered two things. I showed her the receipt and order on my phone. She apologized and said their ticket system only printed one order and they will make my order now and apologized for the inconvenience. They stated this would only take a few minutes. I understand mistakes happens and I am totally reasonable with these types of accidents but the lack of care is what really rubbed me the wrong way. A couple of minutes turned into 30 minutes of waiting for my food, no one offered me a drink while I waited for the inconvienence or to even comp the item off and give me a refund. I would’ve even taken a free dessert which I know cost the restaurant nothing to give. There was no manager either that came up to me to apologize for the mistake on their end. So as I am waiting 30 minutes for my food to be made I came home with ice cold food for my fiancé because his was the only item that was prepared on time. Again, I am really not one to complain but the lack of attention or care from this restaurant has resulted in a loss of a repeat customer. If the manager would like to contact me to make this right I would really appreciate it."

"Our family came here to eat dinner on our only night eating out. We called 30 minutes ahead and was told that we had to be separated and not sat together, which was fine because we thought that they would at least sit us beside each other and would be able to talk to our family but no they sat us in a booth where we couldn’t see nor talk to our family. Noted we waited an hour to be seated for food that was okay at best the service was okay at first then went down hill after we ate and when we got our tickets we had separate tickets and separate reservations so not a large party) we noticed that there was a gratuity of 20% for a large party there was only 5 of us at the table the five at the other table so we wasn’t a large party so we asked our waitress Laurel why we had this on our ticket and she said that we was a large party but our ticket only said 5 guest we wasn’t trying to short her tips because we had someone that worked as waitress at our table so we know they live off their tips we just wanted to know why it was a large party before we could finish she was like want to speak to a manager which was no help anyways) and before the manager even got back to our table Laurel slammed new tickets on the table and walked away then she came back to get our tickets she said “sorry you had a disappointing experience” she took the gratuity off) well after we paid the bill she decided to want to start grabbing the trash and sauces off the table rudely) so we left a smaller tip then we was going to leave her because of her being rude after we left she wanted to come out the door and scream “thank you so much” at my family while we was walking back to the car."
