"The restaurant was very noisy to the point of discomfort. The menu was interesting, the food very good, and the service outstanding which makes me uncomfortable not to recommend it, but the noise level overwhelmed its good features. The restaurant has hard surfaces that reflect the noise. The louder the customers were forced to speak, the worse the atmosphere became."

"Not bad... Great, no... But not bad at all. The service was a little slow, but good. The prices of the meals were a bit pricey, but you are by the beach and a tourist trap...So, that was a bit expected. But still a bit high for the amount and quality. The quirky ambiance was fun and inviting. Seating outside was nice with a beautiful ocean view. Will be a second trip, but so many other choices for great food, may not be for awhile. Will update once we visit again."

"I had been to melting pots in other locations that were better in every way. I had a private seating area for my wife and I at another location along with flowers, wine, etc.. I was told that is what i would be getting at this one however that was not the case. The service at other locations was much better than this one. The price for the restaurant, service and food was not good at all. Way overpriced for what we recieved."

"I reached out to Couch Tomato to cater a 60 person event that I hosted at the Radnor Hunt Races. They were excellent from start to finish! From the menu selection and planning of our tent, to staffing, set up and clean up, their service was top notch. Craig, the owner, made sure everything was perfect and his staff was a delight. The food was perfect! We had guests from 5 to 75 years old and with different dietary requests. I highly recommend the pulled BBQ sandwiches, and many guest commented that the mac and cheese was the best they've ever had! I highly recommend for any type of family gathering! "Stamford is gaining ground! My first three experiences were lackluster, but I decided to go rogue and not go with local suggestions. I decided to depend solely on google and my keen eye for culinary excellence. This has worked to my advantage, especially tonight. I ate at Fish Restaurant Bar. Nestled in Dowtown, Stamford featuring local fresh seafood. The menu was eclectic and very well thought out. They have weekly happy hour, weekly, and regular menu offered daily. I couldn’t get past the happy hour menu, not for pricing alone but the variety it offered. The dinner menu had something for everyone and the weekly menu was interesting as well. I started up with a dozen of Beausoleil Oysters from New Brunswick. First time having these particular oysters and I believe they replaced my favorite Blue Point. I also had the Middle Eastern Falafel Sliders, coconut chipotle vegan mayo, lettuce, hummus bi tahini served on a pretzel bun. This is one of my go to dishes every time I want Middle Eastern. The coconut chipotle mayo was out of this world. The next dish the Swordfish Lettuce Wraps, cabbage slaw and a ginger peanut sauce. One word; YUMMY! I also had the Mini Baja Fish Tacos, fresh jalapeños, cabbage slaw, mango salsa. They are very authentic and comparable to the fish tacos I had in Mexico. Next on the list was the Pork Belly Lollipops with a Hawaiian Smoked Teriyaki Glaze. Need I say more? Finally we come to the Spicy Buffalo Rock Shrimp with a buttermilk blue cheese. I will be honest I liked the blue cheese more than the shrimp. The shrimp was my least favorite of the five. I envisioned something entirely different when I ordered it which led me to have mixed feelings about this dish. I also had a couple of Six Point Hi Res Triple IPA’s that were the proverbial icing on the cake. The bar tender Patrick was on point from start to finish. Overall this was an excellent experience and I will be going back. Fish Restaurant and Bar is located at 245 Bedford St. Stamford, CT 06901"

"The food at this restaurant is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. I have never been disappointed with a meal here. The service is top-notch, and we had a great dining experience. We had dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Wings and Burger."

"Let me first say that the appetizer had a good note for the meal that we had the crab and artichokes fondue that was delicious. All after that was unnoticed, the pork chop, which was really very recommended, was slightly undercooked and seemed simply like a generic ham not very well prepared, the potatoes of the mashed could have come from a box. Then the braided short rib with pasta, this is just pot roast with noodles quite sure that you could get the same on any diner. There were some professional diners in this place, they ordered their food as they went before they even got their seats, they both ordered the file, they told us that is the only way to go... On the top the service was good and the drinks were adequate with a good wine list. I'd say go here and just pick up the crabs and artichokes fondue with a glass of wine, but I don't recommend it for dinner. Also I would like to add that we came here for a celebration of promotion, we made a reservation in advance and we were not in something that looks like these pictures in their website where it was like a dining room with tablecloths, sheets and good quality furniture, we sat in a room that basically had linoleum tables the kind you see at Dennys very easy."

If you are reading this, seriously, do yourself a solid and come try this place out. I promise, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! Dietary restrictions: They are more than happy to accommodate reasonable requests as far as dietary restrictions or simply preference. Kid friendliness: Super kid friendly!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Hardwood floor and all tables are wheelchair accessible and you have more than enough room to maneuver comfortably. Plus a nice wheelchair friendly patio area"

"We have loved this spot for years, so I 'm hoping it was a one off bad night. That 's why I 'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 2. We waited close to an hour for our 3 sushi rolls and they were terrible. They were completely falling apart, making it near impossible to eat. I ended up using a spoon to scoop up the mess my first time eating sushi with a spoon! It was not busy when we arrived, but after the first 30 minutes or so, business picked up. Our server kept apologizing, but this place IS usually busy and it 's never impacted our service or meal. I had to go grab our plates/dishes, sauces, and extra napkins when our food had arrived because we were still waiting for these items. We did notice others arriving after us and being served food before us, so perhaps we had a new server, but that does not explain the quality of our meals. We will of course give it another shot, but I 'm not in a big hurry to do so. Again, we have come here for maybe 5 years and about once every few months. It has been our favorite local hole in the wall sushi restaurant. We recommend it to others as well. However, they are not the most cost effective so if the quality of service and/or food starts to slip, we will likely stop coming here. Konnichiwa is newer and further away and their food is not as good (usually) but their service, prices, and atmosphere are better overall."

"The food at this restaurant was excellent. The smash burger had a nice little char and great flavor. The Hot item didn't have much heat, but it was tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The chicken fried steak was also tender and perfectly cooked. However, the spicy fries were the standout dish. I highly recommend this place and will be trying other menu items in the future."

"Made a point of stopping here on the way back from the NJ side. It is one of our comfort places when we used to ride. The food is delish and ample portions. I took the champagne sauce from the mussels' home it was sooo good. Recommend toasting the bread for dipping. The pretzel came looking like a smiley face, lol. Huge. The cheeze and mustard perfect accouterments. The Mahi Mahi with mango was surprisingly delish. I would recommend cooking it a bit less. Was a bit dry. The wrap my husband assures me was very tasty. Parking is an issue. There was a young one training he worked hard. We shall return."

"This spring I had a chance to stop by Element in beautiful downtown Sarasota for an early dinner before catching a performance at the Van Wez' with my father. In a sentence, Element delivers incredible food presented in a sophisticated way at an exquisitevenue with extraordinary staff to assure you an impeccable dining experience. My father and I reserved a 4:30PM dinner toensure ample time to get to our performance we were attending. The restaurant was slow at first, but after 5:00PM things got alot busier, and this was midweek. I am sure on the weekends it's a good idea to ensure a reservation, as I imagine the placewould be quite busy. Of note, you'll need to try to find street parking or take advantage of any of the convenient parkinggarages located around the Sarasota downtown. Having used these for years, they're safe as is walking around the city. We werepromptly seated and provided beverages. It took a few moments to receive some bread, and wow was that worth it. Sumptuous andsoft with flaky crust, it was challenging to limit ourselves to reserve room for our meal! My father ordered the shrimpcocktail as an appetizer and baked halibut. I went with the coconut curry mussles and black garlic and squid ink linguini. Theappetizers were ready within about 20 minutes of arrival. I thought that reasonable considering we were seated right as therestaurant opened. The appetizers were delicious. The shrimp with the cocktail were some of the largest I ever seen, and thesauce was brimming with flavor all very fresh. The mussles were a treat. There must have been 30+ of them in a silky sweetcurry sauce that paired well with the seafood. In reality, the appetizers were so substantial, I think they could be easilyshared by 2 people with no problem. Our entrees arrived about 10 minutes after we had finished our appetizers. Once again, theplating and presentation were commendable. My father exclaimed that his entree was one of the best dishes of his life."

"While in Iowa on a business trip, my colleague and I were trying to find a place to have dinner. There weren't a lot of restaurant options other than fast food. I went on Yelp and found this place, it was about a 23 min drive from where we were staying but that wasn't a problem and I personally didn't mind the scenic rolling hills of corn, and soybean plants that went on for miles. The day we came they had a special going on where any burger on the menu was $11. I went for the only vegetarian one on there which was the falafel burger, came with a house made tzatziki sauce. Really delicious, very generous sized burger. We also shared the cajun shrimp appetizer, and I think I enjoyed that best. Easily could've had it as my entree, very well done. It wasn't till after our meal that we discovered that the downstairs of the restaurant is actually a speakeasy, with the bartender dressed up like something out of the 1920's. VERY beautiful, and for anyone looking to travel back in time while enjoying a beverage, I'd highly recommend it. Overall, this is a great dining spot."
