"Sugoi! So far the most authentic Japanese I’ve had yet in Vancouver after visiting almost all of them. So many places get basic Japanese food wrong. Not Mio. Oishi! Excellent cuts of fish, tempura, bento, etc. It did get busy, but it’s a weekend and ppl apparently know this is a good place. While not the best I’ve ever had in LA and Tokyo, still miles better than any other place serving ‘faux’ Japanese in Vancouver (that seem to never have actually eaten authentic Japanese. Baka! . Now my go-to for dine-in (delivery? For Sushi? That’s a no. so I don’t have to drive across the bridge to Portland."
