"Wonderful relaxed ambiance, romantic and great service. Offering general Mediteranean foods such as humus, we were more interested in the specifically Afghan dishes. Hubby adored the lamb shank with saffron rice. I found many vegetarian choices including Kudu (pumpkin w yoghurt available without meat), Sambosa (pastries with chick peas that remind me of British pasties, my favorite). The desserts were absolutely decadent. I had the mini chocolate cake and hubby had the custard flavored with cardamon and rosewater. Fantastic! I have already recommended Nora to 8 of my friends. We drove 1.5 hours to eat here but we will be back."

"I just called to order a gift card for my father for the holidays. I spoke with a gentleman I believe named Chris and he was fantastic. While they usually do not take charges over the phone and normally do E-Gift Cards I let him know the circumstance of me living in California and my father not having active email that an e-card was not likely going to work. At every opportunity him to say no he found a way to say yes. At the end of the call he then lets me know that instead of mailing this out he or someone from his establishment would drop it at my father's residence. I have been in the hospitality/restaurant business for 30 years and this gentleman that represented TPR today is an amazing representation of hospitality and superior customer service. The next time I am back east I will be sure to come in and enjoy a meal at your establishment."

"we were looking for a restaurant that ran lisa dahl and we tried to come in mariposa and no luck. this was the next option and we were not released! the inner was decorated old world. we loved one of the dining rooms that had the starry sky. we ask to be in this room next to the visit in sedona. our waitress was amazing. cocktails- we started with a house made limoncello spray. that was refreshing and exactly what we wanted on a hot day. appetizer- artichoke beignets: really delicious. Extra savory and tasted not like artichoke (ten enjoyed them and did not know what was in us we had ordered another to share with our group! curry cauliflower (or sweet) suppe. it was the suppe of the day and it was amazing. it had so full taste and was very exotic. we would have eaten it again and again. entrees- 2 of us ordered the special fruittta del mare fruits of the sea and it was a wonderful pasta dish with tons of seafood. yummy! tortellini deal bosco- we will order everything with truffles! rich, creamy and everything they want in a comfort pasta dish. would eat again! lisa’s luscious lasagna- it was luscious! the soße had a beautiful acidic tomaten and they could say it was homemade and a secret recipe. it was made with love and you could taste it! the cheese was creamy and a beautiful fresh balance. one in our group ordered the angelica. that was a bright pasta with large garnels. of course we saved space for the tiramisu! it was incredible and had a thick layer of kakao espresso powder. be careful and make sure they look down on the top. the puder. hahah. we had a few laughs. the cream of tiramisu coated our mouth and thought us more. we shared this with 5 people and we all bite a few. overall, if we always keep in sedona at one of lisa’s restaurant. it is always worth the money, because the quality is there! many thanks again lisa and her personal for such a great meal! we're coming back!"

"Really wanted to like this place. The ambiance was great, and the service was incredible, but 3 out of 4 of us got sick. I was the only one who didn't eat the scallops and had a good steak. Hubby's rib eye was tough, the lasagna was bland and tasted funny, the chicken marsala had a sweet sauce instead of savory and my baked potato wasn't cooked all the way. The highlight was the bruschetta. but after all that and paying $300, it wasn't enough to garner a good review. Peppercorn mgmt needs to get rid of those scallops!"

"Terrible place specially for this time around and during COVID We made reservations here and asked them if we can seat at their advertised patio area. They had many tables but no heater ! The host Arcelia lies to us saying that they have working heater. When our party got there she said sorry only works! And we could not find a spot around their working heater. We refused to sit and eat there as all their other sits were indoor. The food was also not at all impressive or star! Very average ."

"We were here yesterday at 5:00 for dinner. The food was fine but the service was somewhat slow but I could tell the servers were scrambling so that’s fine but what was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to see was while waiting upfront to get a table we watched 5 girls at the reception desk standing around doing nothing and using their cell phones while the rest of the staff worked. This is ridiculous to see especially when I saw the manager come up to the desk looking at the display and ignoring the fact that 5 girls were doing NOTHING and the servers were working hard."

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"Absolutely wonderful time we went for our anniversary and they had the table set up so beautifully they even printed out a photo of us to keep as a souvenir, along with a champagne toast and free dessert! I’m pretty sure it was because of the waiter we had he was so nice! wow did we fell special! Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming back for the lamb chops on Thursday special!"

"We stopped in having looked for an Italian place to eat at over the New Year's weekend. We got there before the dinner rush and ordered starters and entrees. Everything was hot and delicious and we enjoyed watching the cooks in the kitchen from our table. There is standard Italian fare and specials. The atmosphere is friendly and the space is tight but not unlike any European bistro. The only annoying thing was the inconsiderate patrons that kept going in and out of a patio door and letting in blasts of cold air, instead of using front door. There is plenty of free parking, a must for me when in San Diego."

"It's amazing how amazing these people are tonight! John was an absolutely incredible server! I am a waitress myself and I fully understand what stress he was under, regardless of the fact that he didn't forget us and was the most friendly waiter I had at Olive Garden! He even took time out of his runs to go through all desserts with us and explain how they are made and what he thought of them. He deserves a bonus or something. No waiter goes through the trouble he went though!"

"Next, we ordered two appetizers, only to be informed that the cauliflower appetizer was unavailable and that it was a misprint on the menu, so we opted for just one. Shortly after the appetizer was served, our entrees arrived before we had even finished the appetizer. I had specifically requested that the calamari be omitted from my entree, but it was included, and I had to pick it out myself. While I must say that the food is generally well-prepared every time we've dined here, it was disappointing that on this special occasion, the service fell short of our usual experience. After paying the bill, my husband tried to express his dissatisfaction to the hostess in a polite manner. However, the owner intervened and was quite defensive, interrupting my husband while he was calmly sharing his feedback in hopes of helping the restaurant improve. We weren't seeking anything in return; we just wanted to share our experience. Given all of this, we will need to reconsider whether this establishment remains on our list of preferred local dining options."

"I had a really great time at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of our fantastic waiter. We went for dinner on October 18th with my husband, toddler, and younger siblings. We were told there was a 25-minute wait, so I took my son to the restroom. When we returned, our table was already available. I thought this was fantastic because we were hungry and able to start ordering right away. We ordered shrimp calamari for an appetizer, but we were not impressed."

"Olive Garden is a favorite! Our first visit to this location and the food is (As usual) delish! We started by ordering a bottle of Chianti. Very good! However, I completely forgot to get a photo of our appetizer, fried lasagna w/ marinara and then our chicken parmesean w/ Angel hair pasta. Both were outstanding! I LOVE their Minestrone soup and purchased and extra to enjoy at home. The Italian donuts are served with a warm chocolate dip and a side of pureed raspberry. Can it get any better?"

"I really hate to give a two-star rating, but I want to be honest about my experience so if I add all the factors together I feel I have two star service. First, the hostess who welcomed us was not kind at all, as expected when you enter a food facility. She was rude and seemed disturbed. At first I thought it was me, but my husband came in a few minutes after we sat and asked me what the hostess problem was, unnecessary to say he got the same treatment. Secondly, our waiter was either not very well trained or new. Will someone please teach him that you do NOT give the top of a drinking glass while serving, no one wants to put their lips where you just had your hand, especially the guys at my table who do not use straws. He probably just didn't know, easy mistakes that can be fixed, but still rough. We quickly ordered an appetizer and everything you eat soup, salad and bread sticks with endless diving sauce. We waited 30 minutes before everything was taken to our table. You could at least have brought our salad out. He finally came to let us know that the soup was not ready and asked if we like our salad. Finally, he brought out the salad and the bread sticks. The bread sticks were hard when they sat awhile and we had to remind him that we order unlimited diving sauce. At this point we had not yet received our appetizers. Finally, after we get our appetizers and finished our first bowl of soup and salad, we sat for another 45 minutes before he even asked if we wanted more soup or salad. I understand that places are among servants, and I am usually quite forgiven and patient about the situation, but it was not where busy and there were many servers. I'm glad my husband wasn't on his 30min break or he didn't eat at all. Unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks should be readily available at noon. Within two hours we have a salad bowl for the table, two bowls of soup with zero to little gnocchi, hard bread sticks, an appetizer as part of the main meal, rude hostess and a waiter, my drinking glass palms. This is not the quality and service I would expect from Olive Garden."

"This was the first restaurant we visited after the Covid-19 lockdown, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Our Rollatini arrived with ice still inside, which was unexpected. Although our dinners were served hot, they turned out to be barely warm when we tasted them. After sending the Rollatini back to be cooked properly, they improved, but we were surprised to see that we were charged for two orders on our bill. We had to seek out our waitress, and after a frustrating 20-minute wait, we were finally able to leave. #LOCALGUIDES #womenwhoguide #letsguide #googleguides #finbarsitaliankitchen #italianfood"

"A HUGE shoutout to Holly for being absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service was outstanding—she was prompt, professional, and had us laughing the whole time! My family, a group of seven, came to celebrate my grandmother's birthday and we had a fantastic time! I ordered the cheese ravioli with meat sauce, and it was top-notch! The salad and breadsticks seemed endless, and everything was simply awesome! Great job, Holly!"

"The food was good. My issue is with the service. We were sitting for 15-20 minutes before we were even asked what we wanted to drink. I even had to hit the call server button to get the servers attention so she could take our order. There was plenty of people working so that was not an excuse. Our server had 6 tables which only 2 were being used. The server brought our salad she said she had to go get the cheese for the salads and she would be back. The cheese never came. She never once asked if we needed anything. I had to flag her down to get drink refills. By the time she brought the drinks back we were done eating. Never once asked if we wanted more salad, breadsticks, or dipping sauce, all of which are all.you can eat. We had finished them right away. I watched a family of 6 come in 30 minutes after us, we were a party of 3. The family was done and leaving before we even had our drink refills. This is unacceptable, I will never visit this location again, because of the service."

"I don't normally eat at chain restaurants when I travel, preferring trying local spots. But after a long day of travel not many choices, I stopped by here. I was very pleasantly surprised. The salad was plentiful, very fresh and great tasting. I had spaghetti and have to say it rivaled the best I have ever had. Service was a little slow as far as ordering drink refills, but once ordered the food came quickly. I would return without hesitation."

"This restaurant has long been a favorite of my mother and sisters, so I've often visited it with them over the years. While we don’t always go to this particular location, it remains my favorite. When I first started my company, I would meet my aunt here and then we'd drive down to Boston together. (Photo circa 2000) I've created many wonderful memories here throughout the years. And, of course, the breadsticks and salad are iconic—after all, that’s what it's all about, right? Nowadays, I try to steer clear of red sauces, so this time I opted for the mushroom ravioli in cream sauce. It was delicious, and the lunch portion was just the right size for me to finish. Even at 35, I still feel a bit embarrassed if I don’t leave my plate clean when I decide I'm done! Thank you, SoPo OG, for all the wonderful memories!"
