"we were looking for a restaurant that ran lisa dahl and we tried to come in mariposa and no luck. this was the next option and we were not released! the inner was decorated old world. we loved one of the dining rooms that had the starry sky. we ask to be in this room next to the visit in sedona. our waitress was amazing. cocktails- we started with a house made limoncello spray. that was refreshing and exactly what we wanted on a hot day. appetizer- artichoke beignets: really delicious. Extra savory and tasted not like artichoke (ten enjoyed them and did not know what was in us we had ordered another to share with our group! curry cauliflower (or sweet) suppe. it was the suppe of the day and it was amazing. it had so full taste and was very exotic. we would have eaten it again and again. entrees- 2 of us ordered the special fruittta del mare fruits of the sea and it was a wonderful pasta dish with tons of seafood. yummy! tortellini deal bosco- we will order everything with truffles! rich, creamy and everything they want in a comfort pasta dish. would eat again! lisa’s luscious lasagna- it was luscious! the soße had a beautiful acidic tomaten and they could say it was homemade and a secret recipe. it was made with love and you could taste it! the cheese was creamy and a beautiful fresh balance. one in our group ordered the angelica. that was a bright pasta with large garnels. of course we saved space for the tiramisu! it was incredible and had a thick layer of kakao espresso powder. be careful and make sure they look down on the top. the puder. hahah. we had a few laughs. the cream of tiramisu coated our mouth and thought us more. we shared this with 5 people and we all bite a few. overall, if we always keep in sedona at one of lisa’s restaurant. it is always worth the money, because the quality is there! many thanks again lisa and her personal for such a great meal! we're coming back!"

The food at this restaurant is good, but be prepared to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes for your entree. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of attentive service from the wait staff, and it seems that the restaurant management is not equipped to handle the amount of customers during holidays. Overall, the atmosphere was decent. The meal is dinner and the average price per person is between $30 and $50. I would recommend trying the Bruschetta and Garganelli Paradiso. View menu

I had my engagement dinner at Cucina Rustica on Christmas Day and it was absolutely perfect! The amazing owner Lisa Dahl personally recommended where we should sit and came to our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to see the ring. General Manager Albert Rutkowski ensured that our dinner was flawless, checking in with us to make sure we were happy. We were beyond satisfied with the food, service (our server was Luis), ambience, decor, and live music. It was a dinner we will always remember! Bravo to Lisa, Albert, and the entire team at Cucina Rustica!

Such a shame amazing food but inattentive service. My recent visit to Cuccina Rustica left us disappointed. The culinary experience was exceptional, showcasing a delightful array of flavors in every dish we tried, particularly the bruschetta, green goddess salad. all their pasta dishes were outstanding. However, the service significantly detracted from our dining experience. We faced an extensive wait of over 30 minutes before placing our order and more than an hour and a half for our main course. During this time, the interaction with the staff was minimal and lacked the attentiveness expected in a restaurant of this caliber. We haven't seen the manager checking on the guest at all and at t...

"My wife and I were in Sedona hiking for a day and we stopped here for lunch. I instantly fell in love this place! If it were solely up to me this place would be 11 out of 10!! Everyone talks about the view and believe me it lives up to the hype. You have to sit outside and take in those views. It 's out of this world! I had the trash can nachos and they put everything on there. Two things you always worry about with nachos... 1) Will they skimp on the toppings? 2) Will the chips be soggy? You don 't have to worry about that here. They don 't skimp at all on the toppings. My nachos were loaded with meat, cheese, beans, jalapeños, and guacamole. There was almost more topping than chip! That never happens. The chips were crispy and delicious. All around amazing menu item. I highly recommend you try it. My wife had the fried chicken panini. Unfortunately, she did find the chicken and bread to be quite dry. Even the pesto couldn 't salvage it. That 's the only reason it gets a 4 and not a 5 from me. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Oh, I almost forgot... When they bring out the trash can nachos it comes in a tin resembling a trash can with no bottom. Then the waiter lifts the trash can and the nachos fall beautifully onto your plate. If you 're in Sedona do not leave until you 've been to the Vault. I don 't care what time of day it is, if the vault is open you have to check it out!"
