"When I had pizza at Tony's for the first time, it was back in 1995. This weekend, I was in the city and I remembered how great the food and service were. Oh my, the old man Tony would be so proud of everyone! The pizza is still amazingly delicious. I had a regular pepperoni pizza, and it was loaded with toppings. I also tried the pepper steak dish, and I was very impressed. The aroma was fantastic and the crust was perfectly crispy. I'm always a fan of Tony's!"

"My family and I visited JJs as part of our self-imposed challenge to sample various pizzerias in the Western New York area. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and we all agreed that it was fantastic! The crust was thick, yet the pizza remained crisp and not soggy. "One of our favorite places to eat!I have had take out MANY times and have eaten in the restaurant about half a dozen times.The food is well above average, and the menu is extensive. One of the things I really like is that they have dishes that you really can't find in other places. One of my favorites is the shishito peppers. They are a mild pepper, not hot at all... they blister them and serve them with a delicious lemon sauce. They are really quite good and a unique item I have never seen before anywhere in the area.They make a great pizza as well! Other recommendations are the fish tacos, fish fry, and the pastas as well. And they always have a really good specials selection.The only thing I could say as a tiny negative is that sometimes their burgers are a little underseasoned...which is not at all a big deal that's what salt is for. Underseasoned is wayyyy better than over...Inside the restaurant is a very comfortable place, the servers are speedy and attentive. The only detractor is that if the place is full, it can get rather loud."

"Exceeded expectations; I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Hands down the best pizzeria you will find in the Buffalo area. I ordered a chicken finger sub, onion rings, and pepperoni pizza. The sub to start was fresh as fresh could be. The lettuce was crisp and had a proper crunch. The tomatoes were firm, as though they had been sliced just prior to going on the sub. The cook added just the right amount of oil to dress the vegetables, which complemented the blue cheese topping wonderfully. The onion rings were also splendid, prepared old-fashion style and with no trailing following each bite. The pizza slices were massive, each one being easily the size of two individual slices from other area competitors. If you're hungry, rest assured this place will have you proper fed. Their customer service also speaks volumes. They called prior to delivery to ensure they had the order details correct, and their driver made sure the order was handed off properly to prevent porch-pirates grabbing it up."

"So I know nothing about the pizza, but the wings were excellent. So tired of places who either overcook, or under cook wings. These were perfect. Buffalo sauce was not a traditional Buffalo, like butter and red hot sauce, but it was terrific. Perhaps a little too hot now that the snot is flowing. "This was our first visit to Toscano's. As soon as we were seated, our waitress, Millie, introduced herself and shortly after, we were served some amazing breadsticks. Millie returned to take our drink orders while we decided on our meals. Once we had our drinks, she took our food orders: one person ordered an antipasto salad, another chose a pastrami Stromboli, and the third opted for spaghetti and meatballs. The food arrived fairly quickly. The antipasto salad was generously portioned but served on a small plate, making it a bit difficult to manage. The Stromboli looked appealing, but my guest was disappointed to find that it contained very little meat. The portion of spaghetti and meatballs was large for the price, but there was an excess of sauce. The meatballs were quite tasty, and Millie was a very attentive server. We might consider returning to see if our next experience differs."

"My family ordered delivery; however, everything but one item was incorrect. When I called back about the order and explained the situation, the person working stated that they did not know what to do and asked us to call back in half an hour. He said there was no managers present and he didn’t know if he could send the correct items. We called back a half hour later, and the person resent our correct items; however, when they arrived, we were told that they needed the incorrect food. It had been an hour and half by the time the food was delivered and they still wanted the old food. I sincerely appreciated them resending all of our food, and it was good once it arrived correctly, but not taking care of the issue immediately was frustrating and it seemed a little ridiculous that we needed to send the old food back to just be thrown out, nor was I told on the phone it needed to be sent back."

"MUST try. We 've passed this pizzeria so many times because it 's in a small shopping center. We were so tired of all the pizza places out here so we decided to give them a try (I 'm a 1st generation Italian) We actually didn 't get the pizza because of all the different dishes looked so delicious, we had to try them I had a Sausage, Pepper, and Onions sub. (Oh, the good old days) Husband had a cheese steak sub. We loved them both. Extremely clean, excellent servers, wonderful cooks. Also, very attentive. The decore is awesome. You will see by the pictures. They also sell wine and they have some outdoor tables again, the server 's went out to the family there sooo many times. The atmosphere is very nice, the restaurant is bright, and comfortable. I don 't know why I 'm saying this but, the tables are very large and spacious. Ladies, You can actually get in and out of the Booth without having to scooching. (You know what I mean). I stood up and WALKED in and out without any scooching LOL The prices are equivalent to any other pizzeria but you will be happier to pay the prices here. DID I MENTION the sell pizza by the SLICE? I love that. I don 't want to get a whole pie for just 1 or 2 slices As an Italian, I say Try it, you 'll like it See the wonderful pictures SORRY, I always forget to take the WHOLE meal because I 'm too busy drooling over my order. Great LARGE side salad also"

When I went to the useless owner to tell him how simple this order was washe kind of giggles and said there?s nothing I can do they are all new here, they?re just rookies learning! "This is truly the BEST pizza place around! When we lived in Constantia, we ordered from there frequently and were likely some of their most loyal customers. Unfortunately, due to a serious illness, we had to relocate to the Phoenix Liverpool area, and now we can’t enjoy Uncle Chubby’s anymore. It’s really disappointing because there isn’t a pizza place here that even comes close to your quality. We desperately need you to expand to this area and start delivering!
