"This was our first visit to Toscano's. As soon as we were seated, our waitress, Millie, introduced herself and shortly after, we were served some amazing breadsticks. Millie returned to take our drink orders while we decided on our meals. Once we had our drinks, she took our food orders: one person ordered an antipasto salad, another chose a pastrami Stromboli, and the third opted for spaghetti and meatballs. The food arrived fairly quickly. The antipasto salad was generously portioned but served on a small plate, making it a bit difficult to manage. The Stromboli looked appealing, but my guest was disappointed to find that it contained very little meat. The portion of spaghetti and meatballs was large for the price, but there was an excess of sauce. The meatballs were quite tasty, and Millie was a very attentive server. We might consider returning to see if our next experience differs."

The eggplant parmigiana was inedible. It was deep-fried and extremely salty.

Fun place to take the family. Great food. Chose the bar side. Nice atmosphere.

The food was excellent, but the noise from the sports and TVs made it difficult to hold a conversation.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was rude and even though there was plenty of tables available, they made us sit at the bar. Food was cold and was not what we ordered, but the staff was so rude we just ate what they brought so that we could get out of there.

The confirmed Open Table reservation was worthless at least the night we ate there. We were put on a waiting list. When finalky got a table, no server for 15 minutes, so we foynd 2 open seats at the bar where service was great, but food was awful. Unfortunately, like several restaurants, they are obviously struggling with staffing.

I was unsure about trying this place due to the mixed reviews, but the food looked appealing, so we decided to give it a chance, and I'm really glad we did! We were warmly greeted shortly after we arrived, seated right away, and the service was excellent. Every staff member acknowledged us at some point while passing by our table. The pizza, wings, fried macaroni, caprese salad, and calzone were all fantastic! The house-made marinara sauce was also delicious! View menu

Wanted Italian after golf. Was able to get a time. Got a place to set. Service good got our in reasonable amount of time. I had manicotti which I haven’t had made for a while. Very bland, could not distinguish the three cheeses the sauce was worse. No spices very watery, tomatoey. Due to the fact we hadn’t eaten anything on the course and we were hungry. We all felt it was very blah. Doubt when I go back to Palm Springs area we are going to say,” hey let’s go eat at Tuscanos” nope I doubt we say that. Service was good.

Don’t bother… this place is terribly managed. They take “reservations’ on Open Table but please know that they do not honor them. They have no real host/hostess at the front, you may wait 10 15 minutes for someone to greet you at the entrance only to wait in line behind others who are walk ins. Your reservations time slot will pass while you just wait to check in and it is even more disconcerting to hear the “hostess” continue to tell people who had reservations that “they don’t really do reservations because [they] have walk ins.” I kept hearing the Seinfeld episode playing in my head…. ‘You can take the reservation, but you need to HOLD the reservation. Anyone can just TAKE reservations…’...

"Food Wine...5 Stars Service...4.5 Stars The reason service lost a half a star is because one item that we ordered didn't arrive and water wasn't refilled enough for our table. The funny thing is that the item we ordered was also water, just fizzy Pellegrino that they could have charged for. All my friends enjoyed their wine except one. I didn't taste her wine but it didn't smell yummy...eh...Maybe it's just not my type of wine... My wine was perfect! Certain wines are served by the glass as well as the whole bottle. Some are served by the half bottle or bottle only. Didn't see if there was a corkage fee for bringing in your own bottle but honestly I wasn't looking for it. Hehe I ordered the one of the night's specials... Seared Ahi with a Chipotle Lime Avocado Sauce (can't remember the specific name . It was wonderful! Great presentation on top a bed of delectable rice asparagus. Because of the way the waiter presented it, we ALL thought that the cup of soup or side salad was included with the Entrées...Not so. But now you know now I know...That being said...I'd still order the delicious Potato Leek Soup for $4. Yum! Worth every cent! When I looked around, I didn't see any leftovers...All the plates wine glasses were empty. Cheers to the chef! The atmosphere was nice. Low ambient lighting. Very soothing. The restaurant was full so there was a bit of volume coming from conversation but it's not like the acoustics made it worse. We were still able to hear each other in our party of 8. We've been to places where it was impossible to hear across the table, so this was nice! I've already told my husband that we need to go back there for date night...maybe double date night. ;"
