"It seems that the most conveniently located restaurants often don't meet my expectations. The interior is rather unclean, with dust and crumbs everywhere, creating a sticky and neglected atmosphere. I've ordered multiple times, and once I received plain bagels that were ice cold—more like they had been taken straight from the refrigerator than just sitting at room temperature. On another occasion, my fries were burnt. So, even though I feel hesitant about going inside, the food just isn't up to par. I would give it one star, but the staff is typically friendly."
