"Valley Bagel Deli isn’t a bad spot, but it’s tricky to find using GPS apps like Waze or Google Maps. They guide you to the front of a small plaza, where the deli isn’t visible. I almost left before my curiosity pushed me to check the back of the plaza, where I finally discovered this small gem. I grabbed some hiking fuel—a bacon, egg, and cheese on a delicious bagel—early in the morning, and it was great that they open at 8 a.m. The wait wasn’t too long since there was only one person ahead of me, but as more customers arrived, waiting times increased significantly, and I could see how some might get frustrated. During my visit, there were at most 5-6 customers, with some waiting far longer just to order. However, since this is the only place open so early, they seem to get away with the slow service. There’s no indoor seating, so it’s really a grab-and-go kind of spot."

I've come across some negative reviews, particularly about the absence of bagels, which I find quite odd. Every time I go there, the top baskets are filled to the brim with them. I really cherish this hidden gem and have always loved it!

It seems like the most convenient places for me as far as distance never meet my standards. The interior is extremely dirty, dust, crumbs, looks just sticky unkept. Ordered few times, once I got a couple plain bagels and they were like COLD?not roomtemp?but like refigerated? And then the time I ordered fries?they were burnt. So even if I felt uncomfortable going in, the foodisn?t even good. Would give it one star but I the people are generally friendly

I've ordered multiple times, and once I received plain bagels that were ice cold—more like they had been taken straight from the refrigerator than just sitting at room temperature. I've lived in this area for most of my life, but I stopped going to this restaurant years ago because of the long waits. Today, I decided to stop in to get a sandwich for my son. However, I was shocked at how dirty the place was. There was food scattered everywhere, and everything was covered in dust and dirt. I could see past the plastic divider to the counter where they were preparing food, and it was absolutely disgusting. I honestly can't believe they were working in those conditions without worrying about cross-contamination. Additionally, I noticed a jar of opened peanut butter not far from where they were assembling the subs. I felt the need to point it out to them.
