"Absolutely terrible and disturbing. A friend of mine stayed there while moving, and here's a summary of their experience: The hotel will find any way to extract money from you, whether by falsely accusing you of damaging a pre-existing issue in the room or by refusing to let you check out and refund you due to the awful conditions. By the way, the phones in the rooms do not make outgoing calls, and the staff doesn’t even know how to transfer an incoming call to your room, responding with, “we don’t do that.” There was mold, leaking ceilings, and they will overbook, taking your belongings out of your room and kicking you out. How is this place still in business?"
