"I started with the house Chianti, which was dry and fruity with a rich, spicy finish, and ordered a cup of Lobster Bisque that was incredibly rich and garnished with small pieces of lobster and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs. The deliciously crusty Italian bread served alongside the soup made for a perfect dipper! For my main course, I enjoyed the award-winning salmon and penne dish. The penne was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of firmness, and the light blush cream sauce paired beautifully with the vegetables and salmon, which melted in my mouth. I asked Andy for a wine pairing, and he recommended a Chardonnay from Bulgaria that was fruity and slightly sweet; it enhanced the dish perfectly and made for a wonderful finish to the meal.
I loved the atmosphere, the ambiance, and all the staff who were attentive and engaging with the guests. I really felt like a local here. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant is part of a diverse group of dining establishments. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!"
