"Delicious! I must admit that I don't have much experience with Salvadoran cuisine, but I’m grateful to my Latino colleagues who served as cultural and culinary guides during this experience. I decided to embark on a shared pupusa exploration. We ordered a mix of flavors: the Mix, Bean & Cheese, Loroco & Cheese, and Pork & Cheese. The temperature and texture were just right. The filling, while a thin layer, was packed with flavorful goodness. You won't find chunks of meat or cheese, but the taste is definitely there. I highly recommend this food journey; pupusas are quite filling as well. I also tried the Jamaica beverage, which is a delightful treat for the taste buds. My colleagues enjoyed sampling the buffet, which featured a wide variety of Salvadoran dishes, and they loved every bit of it."
