"It was very busy, but the restaurant has a lot of seats, so I didn't have to wait long. The food seems to be made fresh. I ordered the Oaxaca Bowl and it was amazing. Good food, rice and beans were tasteful. The vegetables should not be overcooked. The free chips were warm and the salsa was lightly spicy. Be careful because it is easy to fill them. My waiter checked me regularly and the place was pretty clean. Compared to recent experience in similar restaurants, I am very impressed. A huge television hangs over the seats that show FIFA World Cup. The decor is beautiful and you have comfortable high-back stands. I will definitely be back!"

"I’m not someone who usually goes to higher end restaurants, so this was a pretty unique experience. They do have animal skins and similar decor throughout the place, which is less than ideal. however, they do have a vegan and vegetarian menu. I recommend getting the guac, it’s filling and a good start to the meal. personally, I wish I would’ve asked for them to add more seasoning. so, don’t be afraid to taste test and give honest feed back! I got the veggie paella, and I wasn’t a huge fan. my sister got the margarita flatbread and really enjoyed it. my mom got the enchilada verde, which was delicious! make sure to clarify your vegan preferences when you order."

"I’ve always enjoyed the food but tonight even good food couldn’t make up for the service. My husband and I brought really good friends from out of state here because it was close by and I shamelessly love Greene Turtle’s crab dip. Our waitress waspretty horrible. If it had been busy, I totally would have understood, but counting us there were only 4 parties in the wholerestaurant (aside from the bar patrons). To start one member of our party had ordered a particular beer but was brought adifferent one. We ignored this because he was still satisfied with his beer and chalked it up to her not hearing correctly. Wewaited 30 minutes or so for our appetizers. And then probably another 30 minutes for our entrees after that, which all came outincorrect to some degree. Some minor things, tomato when it was asked to be removed, blue cheese when ranch was asked, but thekicker was getting a crab quesadilla when we ordered crab cakes without slaw. Between all of the waiting our server hadn’tcome back to check in on us. She assured us that crab cakes were taken off the bill. When she came back with the bill I didn’thave a chance to look over before she took my payment, aside from the total of $106. When she came back with the signature slip,the total was now $118 and change. But there was no itemized copy of the bill anymore. She also hovered over my shoulder while Iwas signing and leaving the tip making me pretty uncomfortable and pressured to leave a more generous tip than originallyplanned. I enjoy their food so much, however I’m not sure when or if I’ll be returning to this location."

"When we walked in, it was dark and LOUD because it was karaoke night. We were a bit lost since there was no hostess or staff in sight. We made our way to the back by the bar and asked if we could sit anywhere. A woman curtly told us to go back to the front and that she would help us. This interaction felt quite dry and rude, and we exchanged skeptical glances. However, she followed us back to the front, only to lead us right back to the back and seat us at the table we had been eyeing. The menu on the phone had updated prices, but it was a bit confusing, so we found the paper menu much clearer. We ordered a chimichanga meal, a Delicia's fajita combo, and two single orders of steak tacos, along with drinks. Everything arrived quickly, but getting service from our waitress was like pulling teeth! The steak tacos were disappointing—I wouldn't order those again. The steak was definitely not grade A; more like B or even C quality! However, my fajita combo was fantastic! It was fresh, flavorful, and abundant. The other dish looked good too, as the person I was with licked his plate clean, which made us laugh. The karaoke was a lot of fun! I would definitely return just to enjoy the ambiance and laughs again. There were some colorful characters among the patrons, and in the end, our waitress turned out to be friendly—albeit a bit scatterbrained but in a bubbly way."

"Carlos was absolutely rude and should not be a manager. He served me on a dirt napkin the first drink. I ordered a Mango Margarita. I noticed that Carlos did not even pour 2 oz of tequila in the drink. He free poured for 2 secs. I tasted it and it was watered down. I then asked him what he would reccommend and he was very short and nasty with me. Saying I dont know I like them all just pick already. I asked for him to make another one this one top shelf since it tasted watered down. Carlos then pours Luna Azul Tequila which is not Top Shelf! Carlos then shakes up the drink again without putting fresh ice in a cup. Once again its watered down. Carlos was being very rude and discriminatory towards me and I frequent this location a lot for lunch. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted in my life. Carlos needs to be demoted and another person in place that actually cares about making drinks."

"Having landed in Pueblo on another travel assignment, I started yelping mexican food. The pictures posted showed exactly what I was looking for. Having been born in East Los Angeles and always having those Mexican flavors at my disposal, I grew up spoiled! The appealing things about this place are that they ate open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a drive thru window which is great if your busy on the run. The menu has a wide selection of tasty options. I went straight for a campechana chilled seafood cocktail . Super yummy with shrimp, octopus, clams and oysters. The cocktail was mildly spicy with finely diced tomato, cucumber and onions. I was given a choice of crackers or tortilla chips on the side. I had the chips. Next I ordered 6 taquitos with quacamole and cheese with red sauce on the side. Ah this took me back to childhood. I live in Joplin, Missouri and to say there is not much variety for really good Mexican food is an understatement. So , I savor these flavors and relish in the authenticity of great Mexican food when I find it in my travels. This looks like it will be my regular spot whilst here in Pueblo the next 12 weeks and cant wait to try other items on the menu. The service was good and the food came out in a timely manner worth mentioning . I cam in again through the drive thru and ordered another cocktail with shrimp and octopus. I also ordered the Chicano burrito! That was delicious! So far so good..."

"I encountered an issue with an online special that they didn't seem to know about. I ended up having to speak with a manager and show him their own website just to get the deal, which was a bit pointless at that stage. The food was decent but nothing to rave about, and I found it a bit overpriced. Our table felt like it was practically in the parking lot, and the loud music made it really hard to have a conversation. Am I satisfied? Not at all. I’d prefer to eat at Taco Bell instead of this place."

"I have never in my life experienced this kind of, unprofessionalism and complete and utter indifference towards a customer ever. I waited over an hour and a half for my order today and when I called the restaurant, they claimed the order needed an additional 20 minutes to be delivered. I told them that it was already and hour and a half that I had been waiting for my order. After 15 minutes had gone by, delivery.com called me to let me know that this so-called restaurant has cancelled my order. When I called the restaurant, they clearly lied and said that their driver had been in an accident so they couldn’t deliver my food. This has happened to me years before with the same restaurant. Reading the reviews below, I thought they might have changed management. Clearly that didn’t happen and they have continued to tout the same lie and the same u professional, and utter lack of indifference towards their customers. I am so deeply disappointed that I have completely blacklisted this dumpster of a restaurant from my list of places to order food from. I would not be surprised if I walked by tomorrow and saw them shut down because of their inability to function as a proper restaurant should. I wonder how many people have had a similar experience like this because this is not the first time it’s happened to me with this place"

"After a long day at Disney, I was craving some Mexican food, and this place did not disappoint! The salsa was fantastic, and the BBQ chicken salad was tasty and well-prepared. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the nachos were incredible. "I've eaten here quite a few times since the new owners purchased the place. It was pretty good before, it's awesome now.The customer service is out of this world; the owner has personally come to chat with me a few times, and he's a really personable and cool guy.I've had several of their tacos, but specifically this place crushes it on carnitas tacos for me (see first photo); the carnitas are so soft and juicy, and idk what their recipe is but it's the most pork-tasting carnitas I think I've had in a long time, maybe ever. I've also had chorizo and carne asada. I think the chorizo may have been a special that day or something because it's not on the menu every day, very good though. The tacos are pretty big too, I'd say maybe a little above average for the taquerias I've eaten at around SD and LA. Usually I get 2 to 4 tacos.Their salsas are all awesome. Their pickled onions are awesome. Their grilled onions are awesome. Every taco I have tried has been great, and some have been spectacular.Update: had the pastor and carne asada mini tacos yesterday, and both were ??? (see second photo); 5 for $10 taco Tuesday."

"Customer service is non existent! The jerk taking the orders and working up front did not put our online orders in, not just one order but two, then said I got busy and forgot to put the orders in it?s okay I will put them in now. There were maybe 3 tablesof customers ???? No I?m sorry nothing just blew it off and could have cared less. Then after we waited for about 20 moreminutes for our food and were told we could have margaritas while we wait, supposedly no charge for the inconvenience, we wereagain insulted by having to prove we paid for our online orders. Obviously he was not competent enough to take the order and putit in so why expect him to be able to read and see we already paid. Then gives us a ticket for the margaritas! These were compdue to the inconvenience, he said no they are not free. This was discussed with him and the waiter. He was belligerent and rudeto all 3 of us! I have never in my life! The one order that was ready was cold, the other order was the wrong food and wasdisgusting and mine was the only one that was okay. My friend called back to address the incorrect order and got no where buthung up on! The food is not good anyway so none of us will ever be back! I guess that explains why the place is empty when wepick up our food! I?m sure this will be the next business to fold and all because of rude and nasty people running it! Plenty ofother way better Mexican restaurants and I would recommend going to one of those if I were you!"
