"I’ve always enjoyed the food but tonight even good food couldn’t make up for the service. My husband and I brought really good friends from out of state here because it was close by and I shamelessly love Greene Turtle’s crab dip. Our waitress waspretty horrible. If it had been busy, I totally would have understood, but counting us there were only 4 parties in the wholerestaurant (aside from the bar patrons). To start one member of our party had ordered a particular beer but was brought adifferent one. We ignored this because he was still satisfied with his beer and chalked it up to her not hearing correctly. Wewaited 30 minutes or so for our appetizers. And then probably another 30 minutes for our entrees after that, which all came outincorrect to some degree. Some minor things, tomato when it was asked to be removed, blue cheese when ranch was asked, but thekicker was getting a crab quesadilla when we ordered crab cakes without slaw. Between all of the waiting our server hadn’tcome back to check in on us. She assured us that crab cakes were taken off the bill. When she came back with the bill I didn’thave a chance to look over before she took my payment, aside from the total of $106. When she came back with the signature slip, the total was now $118 and change. But there was no itemized copy of the bill anymore. She also hovered over my shoulder while Iwas signing and leaving the tip making me pretty uncomfortable and pressured to leave a more generous tip than originallyplanned. I enjoy their food so much, however I’m not sure when or if I’ll be returning to this location."

I absolutely love this place! The salmon bowl is my favorite, but the boneless wings are awesome too!

This place has many beers on tap, the food was really good and service was as well, very friendly! There are many TVs in the bar area, was perfect for Sunday football.

Husband had fish and chips, I had carne asada bowl, and son had boneless bites. Everything was good. Only criticism: tots were too salty Server said they fine with old bay, but never had them like that before. The replacement order was also too salty I guess she didn't tell the. Cook didn't just leave it off.

Went with friends yesterday , it is a sports bar with great food and drink choices. I enjoyed their crab dips, tacos and nachos and the desserts were amazing. I felt they have decent choices for kids too and the place is spacious not like other sports bars. The service is too good , I will definitely plan to visit again. View menu

Family style place with a lot to like on the menu. Food is generally good and service is always friendly. Some days are better than others though and the price on the more expensive dishes is not worth it compared to others on the strip. If your cominghere go for the diner food that's what they excel at and not steak or ribs.

Foods a 5* without a doubt. However services was terrible beyond a comprehension. Server didn’t write down order and got most things wrong including a completely wrong dish (no surprise when you aren’t paying attention). Said they would take it offthe bill but wouldn’t give us an itemized bill and didn’t seem to have been removed. Of course no way of knowing. That’snot shady at all. Honestly I wish the service was better because the food is amazing.

You're thieves. My daughter, a prison guard who is a police officer, was stolen here by the staff that we returned about 15 minutes after our departure and they called that they let them know that we will come back to pick up their wallet that we left on the table, they claimed to have been sitting in a whole family, just coming for us and asking people when they saw it, while they weren't going to say that they were a policeman. I'm never gonna eat here again after I spent $200 on food and dumped the waiter nearly $50 they stole us. Not good View menu

Being a bartender myself, the bartender was absolutely horrible. Kept apologizing for not getting to us when he was not busy but was ?busy? socializing. Food came out rock hard because it clearly sat under the heat and got super hard. The drinks were not made correctly, tasted terrible. The bartender we had 2 weeks was phenomenal. It was a young blonde girl with curly hair. Perfect drinks perfect service. This guy however was the worst bartender IVE EVER HAD. Being a bartender I always make excuses for other bartenders. So it?s very sad that I?m disappointed. Definitely won?t be back.

This is my 3rd trip to this restaurant starting early in the pandemic. On my first trip we ordered take out and when we got home, we found out one meal was not included. I called the manager and he asked would I take a gift card to compensate for the value of the meal. I agreed. a few months later we ordered take out again and I couldn 't use the gift card online. When I picked up my food, we were told that you had to pay at the restaurant to use the card. I wasn 't happy yet again. Tonight, we decided to again order take out and had to split the order in to two orders because you had to prepay for orders over $75 (our order was $120). We pre-paid one order and paid the second at the restaur...

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
