Got the chicken biscuit, bbq oat power bowl, and forever young shake. Definitely recommend all 3! The biscuit was perfectly soft and flaky, the bbq oat had phenomenal taste and texture, the shake was so delicious and refreshing. Great spot to grab food

Although it was a bit expensive, everything we ordered was fantastic! The strawberry smoothie was just okay, but we loved the burger salad, regular cheeseburger, and BBQ biscuit. The pulled oats were incredibly delicious and the flavors were outstanding. View menu

I stopped by on my way to Penn Station and had an amazing meal! I ordered the chicken sandwich, a side of chickpeas, a biscuit, and hibiscus tea. Everything was fantastic. The staff quickly prepared my order and everyone was incredibly friendly. I am excited to return again.

I was thrilled to find a vegan restaurant in Newark next to the dishes. The food was very good in the Fast Food Vene. I want to see some more healthy, soul food options besides black eye bears. A beautiful salad would be a welcome supplement. The staff was very friendly. I'm back.

I had the cheesesteak a couple of weeks ago and was literally picking the “meat” apart because I could not believe there was no meat.new to this app so really new to vegan restaurants. I had the sweet potato burger today and moved the avocado onto the salad because I could not get over how good the burger was. For what is worth, the avocado was better on the salad, which was a great free Shepard’s salad.

Today we had a feast in Brick City Vegan!! Previously known as Urban Vegan, this Newark-based fast-call restaurant recently renamed with a new name and updated menu. They have a variety of burgers, including a homemade Kichererbsenburger and homemade black eyebohnenburger beside meat. They also offer bowls with unique ingredients that you do not get anywhere like bbq pulled oats, brewed black eyebrows and black rice. All we had was super delicious, fresh and made with clean ingredients.
