"I just want to give a huge shout after jump creek in cellar. last night for an extradition order almost closing time stopped. while I hate doing this in the near closing time, the staff could no longer have been courteous and friendly. nathan quickly stepped up and took my order and the personal prepared my order quickly and even brought it to the car. I went totally shocked by this great customer service. they don't find many places. Oh! the food was also excellent. I can't wait to go back to spring creek in cellar. Thank you."

"Generally a great experience at this restaurant. However, during my last visit, a young blonde girl seemed more focused on being quick rather than providing good customer service. This resulted in repeated and confusing orders to correct mistakes, which ultimately nullified their speed. It seemed like she just wanted to get through the process quickly. Despite this, the majority of staff was friendly and helpful. It's worth noting that the girl in question was only a quarter of the team, and she was stationed at the to-go register assisting a manager."

"The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was fantastic with plenty of seating. The beer selection was extensive with exceptional taste, especially the Canadian varieties. I particularly enjoyed the barrel-aged beer for its rich and flavorful taste. I didn't have any food, but I'm confident it would have been good based on the menu. It was also fun to watch the planes fly overhead. I ended up returning the next day to try more beers as they had such a great selection. I ordered the Brezel bites which were delicious, especially when dipped in the beer cheese sauce."

"EDIT: When I originally posted this review, it was a simple 4 Star review with no comment. If I had left a comment, it probably would have been something like, Good BBQ for the price. And would have left it like that. But then something interesting happened. Within an hour of me posting my simple uncritical review with no words, I got a response from the owner thanking me for my review and inviting me to return. In that moment I felt very appreciated. It also took me back to earlier that evening and I remembered how nice, kind, and attentive every member of the staff was, even though it was quite busy in the restaurant. I remembered my eight year old daughter just over the moon about her ribs and saying she wanted to have her birthday party there. I remembered my four year old son munching happily on his brisket and gleefully trying everything we put in front of him. I remembered seeing my wife across the table with her brisket sandwich topped high with extra pickles and onions and smiling at me. I remembered a pleasant family dinner. When I saw that comment from the owner, I knew the appreciation of our visit and the invitation to return was genuine, because I experienced it during our meal. For all those reasons I knew I needed to elevate this review to five stars. Spring Creek Barbeque is a good place to eat."

"Our experience at this restaurant was delightful! We loved everything we tried, from the salad and fried chicken to the beignets and s'more dessert - each dish was delicious. My friend also enjoyed the gumbo and clam chowder, both of which were very tasty. The only drawback was that the small space led to occasional loud noise levels, but it was bearable and added to the cozy dining atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!"

"I 'm torn on this review, so I 'm going in the middle with 3 stars. Some great, some bad. The great: Who doesn 't love fresh, hot out of the oven baked rolls? Probably one of the best reasons to visit Spring Creek BBQ. The turkey was delicious and moist, too. Not a lot of smokey flavor, but it was tasty. The mac and cheese seemed The bad: Unfortunately, the rest of the BBQ. The ribs were awful! Super dry and hard to eat! They were a big disappointment and a waste of money! The brisket was only okay to me. We usually get much better brisket at most other BBQ restaurants we go to, even other big red/yellow chains. The sides besides the mac cheese) were... meh. Another big let down is that they don 't let you go back for refills on your sides like they used to do before Covid 19 happened). I don 't get this. It isn 't like customers are handing them a dirty, used dish, and they are refilling a used dish. They would always use a clean dish. What is the difference then and now? I think it is just a lousy excuse to save some money and pinch pennies. It is really too bad. We used to really like this place, but it has become a poor experience. To top it off, our meal 2 adults and 3 kids ages 9, 11, 13) cost $88.60 tip!!! That is WAY too much for mediocre food! This is with everyone drinking water, too except for 1 soda). Just nuts. I guess we won 't be returning. :"

"Springcreek Burleson Tx is a great restaurant ? Gary Mark are amazing managers. They make sure it runs smoothly. And Dawn Bell is absolutely a ray of Sunshine ? She is always very attentive, happy, loves her customers an amazing lady all around. We go there a ton always have a great delicious meal ? On the other hand, the busboy (Nacho) doesn't seem to work very well. We've watched him sit down in the lobby a lot, leaning on the counters, watching other workers going behind the food counter which busboys are not supposed to do. He definitely doesn't make it happy around him but the others definitely make up for his lack of work ethic."

"The service was excellent; I couldn't have asked for better. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. It pains me to say it, but I have to be honest. I ordered the half chicken, and while I expect smoked chicken to have a pink hue, mine was undercooked, even though I prefer my chicken to be well-cooked. You might enjoy it cooked that way, though. My niece ordered the Monte Cristo, which had a fried chicken-style coating instead of the traditional egg, and it ended up tasting more like fried chicken. She found it inedible. I sampled it too, and it was quite peculiar. However, the other diners seemed to enjoy their ribs and fried chicken. The portions were large but appeared disappointingly empty on the plates. I hadn't visited since before the pandemic, and I remember it differently. Like many establishments, it seems the pandemic may have impacted Lucille's negatively. I don’t want to deter anyone from trying it, but for my next BBQ outing, I think I’ll choose somewhere else."

"We celebrated my dad’s 94th birthday here. We called ahead and were able to get the party room for our group of 25. The party room has doors and allowed for my father to mingle with everyone and hear everything going on. Often in restaurants his hearing aid does not allow for good conversation because things are so loud- but this was perfect! The food was wonderful. My father’s taste buds are not as good as they used to be and he doesn’t always eat as much, but he cleared his plate! The staff was incredibly accommodating. They arranged the tables for us, turned the fans on, lowered the air, brought a knife to cut the cake and served Blue Bell Ice cream for the whole family! As you can see- my 94 year old daddy was very pleased with his birthday lunch! We were all very pleased with the whole experience!"

"I stopped in to Bar 3 BBQ just because I needed one chow, but lo and behold, it's actually a brewery as well! So that makes Bar 3 BBQ and Brewing my 237th brewery. Nice that I had some time before my flight today to make at least one brewery visit. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is big and quite nice. I sat at the bar an ss had a flight of four. I'm not going to give individual reviews this time because, well I'm tired and I just don't feel like it. I just want to have a couple beers and eat some BBQ. Sue me... I went with Helles Yeah Brother, Peacemaker Pale ale, Alpenglow amber ale, and the Prince of Darkness nitro Irish stout. I followed that up with a pint of Groomer Cruis'n coconut nitro stout. All were good beers and I won't complain about any of them. For door I ordered a 3 meat tray with brisket, bratwurst, and burnt ends. The brisket could have used a little more time on the smoker for my tastes. The burnt ends were quite good, and bratwurst is, well always good. It was quite busy at lunchtime on a Saturday but still a lot of seating available. The lady at the bar was helpful and friendly. All in all definitely worth a stop. If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! "So overpriced for the portion. My boyfriend got the half portion St. Louis Rib dinner for 21. The ribs were as big as his pinky finger. My mom and I decided to get a half chick dinner and shredded pork dinner and split it half and half so we could try both. The half chicken is like half a small thin baby chic... no lie. And the shredded pork dinner should be called the shredded pork fat dinner. Also got the fried mushrooms and that was another joke... all bread barely a mushroom inside. If your want to order an overpriced meal that wont fill you up, this is the place to be. Never EVER again! Itll only disappoint! Ive warned you."

"This place is magic. Last visit we started with the pork pistachio pate, wild boar salami, and Beecher's cheddar all super tasty. Great textures and very yummy! For our entrees, we had the Bacon Eggs pasta dish and the Cassoulet. The Bacon Eggs was delicious if a teensy bit on the salty side the pasta was perfectly cooked and the poached egg was lovely. The Cassoulet was one of those soul satisfying dishes from the confit duck to the heritage beans, everything was luscious and balanced. The service is always pleasant and on point. And the wine list is fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit!"
