"This night had all the makings of a fantastic evening—it wasn’t busy, there was an excellent band playing, and the game was on all the right screens. Unfortunately, the service really let us down. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The host scoffed when we mentioned we had a party of 10, even though we said we’d be fine waiting since it wasn’t crowded. In the end, only 6 of us showed up and dined, but we were greatly disappointed by the lack of attentiveness throughout the evening. At one point, our glasses were empty for 30 minutes, and we had to search for our check while all the servers were seated in a booth. If the service had been better, we would’ve easily ordered more drinks and generated more revenue for them. To top it off, the checks included a gratuity we weren’t informed about, considering only 6 of us were there. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer."
