"I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and unfortunately, I have witnessed questionable behavior from the management before. However, tonight's experience was so unpleasant that I will never dine here again. As a former service industry worker and customer, I was shocked by the disrespectful way Rosie spoke to her staff. Angie complaining about having to "babysit" the waitstaff on her birthday was the final straw. The young ladies working that night were visibly upset and their service suffered as a result. As a customer, I should not be privy to what goes on behind the scenes, but in this small restaurant, it was impossible to ignore. I feel sorry for the waitresses who have always provided excellent service. In the service industry, good staff are invaluable and can make or break a business. Most patrons come for the staff's service, not just the food. The high prices and mediocre food are no longer worth it to me after witnessing how the staff is treated."
