"They also don’t wear gloves when preparing food. The general manager, Melanie Mel, is quite rude. When I asked her to address me by my name, she refused and said she could call me whatever she wanted. I think if I make an effort to know someone's name, they should do the same in return. After this incident, I was told to clock out and go home. As I was leaving, she yelled something at me. I’m relieved I decided to leave, as I would have confronted her otherwise.
The other managers seem intimidated by her. She yells at her team and disrespects everyone around her; I don't believe she should be in a management position. The cleanliness of the restrooms is appalling, and they don’t manage the school kids properly, leading to long wait times for the bathrooms. The drive-thru headsets are filled with static, making it difficult to take orders correctly, no matter how high you turn up the volume. Overall, this place has serious management issues, and I doubt it will remain open for much longer."
