"My husband and I were on a little P.A. trip to the west elm outlet. We are both vegan and found this place using HappyCow. The menu was somewhat diverse, I had a seasonal winter ramen my husband got an impossible burger. The ramen was quite flavorful and had a nice savory broth. The impossible burger is always good but they have no options for toppings. It was literally just tomato onion and lettuce. The price was way out of our realm for just a simple lunch."

"The food was delicious, service was impeccable, and they took great care of us for my husband's birthday. Loved the signature scampi pasta and the red snapper ceviche especially. Highly recommend! And a shoutout to Lera behind the bar who is fabulous and so knowledgeable. A terrific experience."

"Ordered a few pasta meals, adding a Caesar salad to one. Delivery came missing the salad (as well as one of the sides of garlic bread ; when I called about the missing salad I was informed that they didn?t include it because they didn?t have any tomatoes (which are not in a Caesar salad anyway. They said that they would deduct the cost from a future purchase. When I pushed back on this, they insisted that they couldn?t refund me for the missing item and all they could do was give me future credit. I was adamant that I wanted either everything that I paid for, or a refund for what was missing; they finally relented and delivered a salad (not the one we ordered. Absolutely will not be ordering from there again."

"They put a 22% gratuity on my check and then didn’t tell me, I added a $100 tip on top of the original 22% gratuity of $85 and they didn’t even tell me so I was tipping almost 50% of the check and tipping on the auto tip. The manager then tried to tell me that the tip is posted in the BATHROOMS And the host stand even though we were seated on the patio with out the host stand!!!!! "

"I will begin by saying the atmosphere is very beautiful and classic high end steakhouse. You walk in the doors to view of the expansive alcohol display. The light are low and the soulful r&b welcome you in as the friendly host walked us to our table. We ordered 2 cocktails; a Smokey mezcal for me and Four Roses Old Fashion for the wife. Both of which were delicious and met our expectations. Unfortunately that is where the positive ends. Our server took our drink order and we stopped him so I could order an appetizer and my wife a house salad. Another table was offered bread and butter but we must not look like bread lovers. Grateful they?re helping us watch the waistline. Our waiter needed to be stopped so I could order the tuna (delicious appetizer) but walked away before my wife could order her salad. After sometime we finally flagged down our waiter so she could order a house salad, to which he replied ok and started to walk away. She stopped him before he walked all the way to tell him what dressing should would like. Not sure what would have come out but at least she got that out. But I understand as he was really busy hanging out at the bar and managing his 1 table; us. 35 minutes after arriving and many stare downs later he meanders on over to see if we?d like dinner. Ummm why were we at a booth table at a steakhouse? Maybe for the atmosphere but no we let him know we were here for food. My wife ordered the boneless rib-eye with Brussels sprouts (whoops they?re out he lets us know after a few minutes so Mac n cheese it is). I ordered the Ny strip with asparagus. When the food arrived, very quickly by all standards, we put the service aside and looked forward to some delicious $50 steaks. Well I guess 50% isn?t bad. My steak, ordered med well was served med rare and looked like a backyard bbq not even using Costco steak. But had some peppery flavor to it and decide not a $50 steak but you know this atmosphere must be work $30 so there?s that. My wife who knows 2 things well: whiskey and steak. Well her ribeye order medium was served med well. Also the 13oz steak fat hadn?t been rendered nor had the steak had a chance to rest. So her Mac n cheese turned into a vampires dream as she had half her steak cut off as fat, the other half had zero favor and tasted like somebody soaked it in oil before putting it on the bbq. Now we love Outback steak house with the rest of them and had these steaks not been $48 and $49 then we?d be fine. Charging $19.99 is more the experience we had. Unfortunately Chop set themselves up to fail with the environment that set the mood like Bourbon n Bones without the food quality."

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"For our meal, we started with some fresh oysters and I loved the creative approach of putting the mignonette sauce in a dropper bottle. The eggplant labneh and olives from the mezze menu were also delicious. The heirloom tomato starter with feta was perfectly seasoned with spices and olive oil. For our entrees, we shared the chilaquiles and the green omelette. Both dishes were fantastic. The chilaquiles were great for sharing and the omelette was simple yet packed with flavor. The Smokey tahini that came with the omelette was a nice touch. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience at Lighthouse and I can't wait to go back."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"Hate to write this review but our service was one of the worst I 've ever gotten. Our reservation is at 7pm and didn 't get seated until 7:20pm. We had an older lady who gave us a menu and didn 't come back until 7:50pm. Noted we didn 't get any water or bread while waiting. Finally we put in an order and appetizers did not arrive until 8:15 (30 mins+ . Then entree did not arrive until 9pm. It 's been two hours at this point! We quickly ate and just wanted to get out of there as desserts would prob been another 30 mins. Worst of all, the older lady who I felt bad for, was condescending and rude. She would talk to all other tables and did not check in nor acknowledge us throughout the meal. Someone else came to refill our water, gave us more bread. I had to ask the other person that I wanted dessert to go since she was too busy chatting with another table for at least 10 mins. When she finally came to us she got upset and said you shouldn 't have told them you want dessert to go well okay I wouldn 't if you were non existent for the past two hours and I needed SOME service. Customer service was the worst, and you think the food would make up for it. However this is worst than Outback Steakhouse, the steak was dry and covered in a cream sauce. For this price I rather go to a more reputable steakhouse, they cannot say they are a long institution and think it 's an excuse for bad food and service. We 've been to Musso and Franks and Lawrys multiple times and both have been around for a long time, but at least their service and food match their reputable name. Save yourself the headache."

"Made online reservations, arrived and seated promptly, but unfortunately outside. The table adjacent to ours was smoking, which was blowing directly on us. As a cancer patient, I do not want any type of cigarette/cigar exposure. Spoke with Julia (hostess) and nothing available inside, so we decided to leave. Informed Federico, the host that we were sorry but unable to sit outside exposed to smoking. Julia returned and informed us that there were 2 tables inside that our party of 6 could be sit at, if split. We agreed. Pable was our waiter, best experience ever. He was professional, courteous, friendly and very information and outgoing. Pablo went above and beyond to ensure we had everything. Had very good meals. Highly recommend."

"We went for my Birthday dinner. We made reservations and disappointed that they sat us by the patio door. A little chilly when the door opened/closed. Manager and hostess gave us nice lip service will do what we can about moving you (although their facial expressions didn't looked like they cared). I rated the restaurant as outstanding because of our server--Sharon. She made up for the disappointment, she was personable and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. What began as a disappointment--ended in a nice birthday celebration. Thank you Sharon for being there!"

"The food here is always exquisite, but I was a little surprised at some lacking service yesterday. My husband's pork chop dish was inedibly salty, and it took so long for the waiter to return that I had already finished my entree. My husband did not want to have me wait for his entree to be replaced, so we were forced to leave with him still hungry. The waiter apologized once but did not seem to be overly concerned and did not ask a manager to come by or anything beyond just taking away his dish. We were just a little surprised and disappointed that nobody really seemed upset that he was leaving hungry. Probably will not return here again."

"I received a call from Tom George informing me that they would only be serving dinner, not brunch, during the summer months. The hostess kindly rescheduled my reservation for dinner and even offered a round of drinks for the inconvenience. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday to celebrate Father's Day with my family, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. I was disappointed and surprised by this turn of events. The restaurant did not reach out to explain the situation, and as a result, I have decided not to dine there in the future. Instead, my family enjoyed a lovely dinner at LA Chapter in the Ace Hotel, where I have had positive experiences in the past. This was a unique and frustrating situation, as I have never encountered such a mix-up through OpenTable or any other restaurant booking platform before."

"I will give credit where it's due—the sauce on the halibut was quite good, and the mashed potatoes were tasty as well. However, the food was barely warm, and when I requested it to be reheated, it took an unusually long time. I was under the impression they might be preparing a new dish for me. To my disappointment, it was the same food, and the server claimed the plate was hot. How is it possible to return a dish, and it still arrives lukewarm? Additionally, the halibut had a fishy taste and seemed pre-packaged rather than fresh. Overall, I was not impressed and don't plan on returning."
