"I visited this restaurant for the first time and noticed 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot, which seemed like a good sign. I ordered the lunch special: two beef enchiladas and added a taco since I had skipped breakfast and was extremely hungry. The enchiladas were flavorful, and the rice was just right—no unnecessary peas or carrots, just delicious rice. The refried beans were also very tasty. The taco was a crispy, thin shell filled with flavorful beef that wasn't greasy at all. They make their own salsa in-house, which was perfectly spicy without being overwhelming. My husband had the beef tacos al carbon and gave me a tiny taste of the beef, saying that was all he could spare. I plan to order the fajitas next time because that small bite was incredibly flavorful. The food here is excellent, and the waitstaff are quick, friendly, and efficient. I'll definitely be coming back!"
