"We were very excited to visit this restaurant again after hearing good things about it in the past. We were looking forward to enjoying some delicious Italian food in a friendly atmosphere. However, when we arrived, there was a large party of about 40 people that was extremely loud, rowdy, and at times, obnoxious, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. Initially, we were seated at a small table near the party, but after asking to be moved to a larger table, we were reseated closer to the noisy group. Despite their efforts to accommodate us by offering a third table further away, the noise level was still overwhelming. Although the staff assured us that they would try to get the party to move to a private area or ask them to quiet down, nothing improved. We could not even hear ourselves speak, so it was not the relaxing dining experience we were hoping for. We would have appreciated it if the restaurant had simply apologized, maybe offered us a complimentary drink, and suggested that we return at a quieter time. Disappointed, we decided to finish our drinks, pay our bill, and leave. The quality of the food was also not up to par. We will not be returning to this restaurant. It might be suitable for individuals who enjoy a lively bar atmosphere with loud patrons, but for those seeking a romantic date night dinner, we would not recommend it."

"after we waited 15 minutes (because we were 10 minutes early) to sit as soon as we were sitting, we waited some time until our server came by. she looked overwhelmed and seemed too worried about her other tables instead of asking us if we want to drink something, water. actually lasted 15-20 minutes to get water because we made the mistake to ask if they were still a child's article that was no longer on the menu. (sometimes they can make objects when they have the ingredients) after 10 minutes this was not the case. the other guest of my party could therefore settle for the beef-tenderoin from the adult menu, which was supposed to be a favorit that other guests ordered after our server. Apart from that it was extremely small (for $34) it was extremely dry and tasteless. the server recommended to put the sose on the side if it was spicy (what it was not) and it was obviously necessary to put any kind of moisture in this piece meat. I had to help her cut it and had to be soaked with the sauce, but it was still moderate. our server offered to have made another piece that we rejected because we wanted to wait until the end of the time. I talked to the manager about this whole situation. it was very new to this facility and totally inexperienced with what it previously offered. unless our server had a bad night, she needed to find another line of work - she had to start such a job. each question seemed to be like a hassle for them and even leave extra water. this is the first time that I can remember that I leave a 10% tip, as it makes our entire meal a total disappointment. this was one of our favorite restaurants on the property, no more, so much so that we don't return-magie is gone. what should have been offered .maybe a discount because any other chain restaurant would have done that!"

"The GM never answered our email or recognized our TripAdvisor review HighPoints: the view outside, Héctor who tried his best to make a special Valentine 's with a normal outdoor bar menu Low Points: all the lovely expensive drinks served in cloudy PLASTIC glasses, though we are far from the sea and far from the pool who serves bottled champagne drinks in plastic for Valentine 's Day in a restaurant? St Regis does! NO reference to Valentine 's Day anywhere at this luncheon event for friends that cost $700USD the birds constantly landing on tables and unafraid of dogs, children, and diners; the complete disregard for Valentine 's Day with NO mention on menu, no special desserts, no Valentine 's welcome on the table, and no Valet welcome for the Valentine 's Day; security greets at main entrance us with Are you staying here? ... perhaps a good afternoon and welcome to our property..... are you a guest or a visiting tourist with a reservation? ; filthy, unkept bathrooms behind the restaurant (see photos) Our server Hector told us the pastry chef would come to our table as he was close by (and he NEVER EVER came to our table) as we wanted to inquire about the Strawberry Eton Mess (which was just a soup no meringue or ice cream or anything even matching the description) and the Chocolate Lava (which came overbaked and cold) ; they were OUT of Panna Cotta on Valentine 's Day with no special desserts either; a buggy brought us from Valet parking to the restaurant; when we asked about a buggy to take us back to the front with our 91 year old guest with a cane, the boy at the sunscreen shop said it 's better for you to walk, and I don 't have a phone here. I went back to the restaurant and they phoned a buggy immediately HOW DO YOU MESS UP DESSERTS ON VALENTINE 'S DAY FOR FIVE? THE SAINT REGIS DEFINITELY DID!
