"I usually have a great experience at Sarabeth’s (have been a customer for over 20 years) but this was a pretty terrible experience. I had an entire tray of glasses dropped ON me and on the floor beside me with not so much as one apology from service or management. Still concerned I have shards of glass in my shoes and ankles. Not to mention prior to this, I had to ask servers several times for a spoon and sugar for my tea."
