"Order thru app.. paid with a debit card. Got to the drive thru, went straight to front of the line. Had my order in under 2 mins. My tacos were awesome. I think they may have switched their hard taco shells.. They seemed crunchy'er and didn't get mushy like usual. The burrito I got, i wasn't able to enjoy because they mistakingly put spicy sauce on it. Not how I ordered it.. But it won't keep me from going back. We all make mistakes. Vegetarian options: Very limited but they can accommodate Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Taco Recommendation for vegetarians Somewhat recommend Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot"

"**Review Summary:** I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was fast and friendly, making it a very welcoming environment for families. They offer a healthy side with their kids' meals, which is a nice touch. For lunch, I opted for takeout, and the prices range from $10 to $20 per person, which is quite reasonable. I would rate the food at 4 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Double Chalupa Box! Additionally, there is plenty of free parking available, making it convenient to visit."

"I would honestly give this place zero stars if I could, but let’s jump into it. Services is always terrible at this location, about every-time we go our food is wrong or they leave something out. We order cheese quesadillas note my wife can not have meat she is highly allergic to it they added chicken to the quesadillas and this is the third time they have done this which leaves my wife throwing up half the night and not being able to keep anything else down. Another thing is the cheese is also not even melted on the quesadillas when we would get them. We will not be returning to this establishment!"

"This review highlights a mouthwatering sandwich selection at an Italian-inspired eatery. The menu features options like Italian Stallion bread, infused with herbs and cheese, and a range of fresh ingredients such as ham, turkey, roast beef, and the option for vegetarian choices. You can create your perfect sandwich with a variety of cheeses, including Americana, Monterey Jack, and Swiss, alongside tasty toppings like spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and banana peppers. Various sauces like creamy sriracha and honey mustard add a special touch, while you can wash it all down with a selection of sodas. Just a note: no spaghetti is served here!"

"I ordered a three soft taco combo deluxe. I was given a burrito in a hard shell taco. I went up to the counter and told him it was a mistake and what I ordered give me my food and it was still incorrect. It was just 3 soft tacos not deluxe with tomatoes and sour cream."

"I visited Taco Bell recently, and I must say, it's a nice, clean place. Despite being located near a gas station, the employees do an excellent job of keeping up with the steady flow of customers. The restaurant is always bustling with people coming and going, but the staff remains efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The food was delicious as always, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend stopping by this Taco Bell if you're in the area. Parking: One minor drawback of this Taco Bell location is that there aren't many parking spots available. Given its proximity to a gas station and the constant flow of customers, finding a parking space can be a bit challenging during peak hours. However, if you're willing to be patient or don't mind a short walk, the tasty food and excellent service make it worth the effort."

"Didn't taco bell use to be cheap ? Not going to slam them, but 22 bucks for 3 steak chalupas, and a beef burrito. That's over 5 bucks each. I found a new street taco joint, and I ate like a king for 12 to $13. That left money for a tip. Sorry, sadly, won't be back. Staff was great, service was fast. Food was standard. "Ordered our food at 6:37pm.....it is now 7:01pm. And still no food. I went and asked what is taking so long? And the employee said they have alot of drive thru orders they need to get through first. Said it will be a cpl more minutes. I said its already been 20 minutes. One of the employees making the food piped up and said if she can just wait a cpl more minutes I 'll make hers after this order. Slow, rude, and overall unprofessional. Will not be back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
"Dining Experience: Dinner Price Range: $10–20 per person Food Quality: 5/5 Service Quality: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 If you're looking for a fantastic meal, I highly recommend this place! The tacos were delicious, and the black beans and rice were perfectly seasoned. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were a delightful twist, and the fries were crispy and satisfying. The Mexican pizza was a highlight, and the chips paired with the nacho cheese sauce were the perfect complement. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with excellent food, service, and atmosphere!"

"I would have given this visit a four or five store review if it would not have been for the fact that the prices on their menu are not reflective of what you will pay for. I ordered a crunchwrap combo with a Sierra mist. I did not ask to upsell my drink to a larger size, nor was I asked if I wanted to. I did ask for my taco that came with the crunchwrap to be a soft shell taco without tomatoes and very light lettuce. The crunchwrap was also asked to not have tomatoes. Unfortunately I was prompted at the window but my order would be around $9.50 for my combo meal. This combo meal was listed $7.49 on their menu board. Even given the 10% tax, would not add up to this.Be mindful that this location has not updated the pricing on their menu boards. To be fair this could be in part due to logistical challenges post hurricane Ida."

"I HATE HATE HATE this damn place. Every time I would go thru the drive thru, they would get my order wrong and I would have to go back. One time they screwed up my order big time and tried to fix it the wrong way. They put beef in my taco and I don't eat beef. We went back thru and said we wanted chicken like I had said originally. Instead of making me a new taco, they scraped out the beef and used the same flour tortilla and there was still pieces of beef stuck on it. That was so rude and unsanitary. When you say you don't eat beef, you don't eat God damn beef!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually went back in there and personally told them off and watched them make my food that time. There was probably something unsanitary in it. I'm not eating there ever again. They need to learn proper food rules, manners, and some customer service skills."

"I parked my 53-foot semi-truck with a trailer at the Flying J and walked to this restaurant, arriving at 10:45 PM. While the drive-thru was open, I went to the window to order food, but was informed that they no longer accept walk-ins after 10:00 PM. I explained that my semi-truck wouldn’t fit in the drive-thru, but the staff member simply closed the window without listening to my situation. It was a frustrating experience."

"Lack of basic service in this location. It's clear that Kaen who was working there at the time (name on receipt) was only performing bare minimum if not less. Charged more for our meal then should have with more communication since staff knows more about the menu than customers. She seemed to put more effort on cleaning counters than customers and accuracy, which didn't require much troubleshooting.Details:Not greeted by anyone walking in. To be fair, there was only Karen there today who was cleaning when we came in which was fair. But she went behind the cash register and still didn't greet or make eye contact. No words. So of course we say hello and start communicating and say we're ready. Didn't think too much of it understanding not everyone comes off the right way, specially when all your physical functions are likely to slow down at a later age as she seemed to be.You can notice something is wrong here with continued lack of communication. I never said I wanted a meal with my 4-piece chicken tenders order and she put it in as a meal which we corrected in time, but she didn't. I could understand how she can misunderstand because the menu up top wasn't clear that it was a meal or not. Either way we corrected it.So she charged me for the 3 pieces the tenders came with but added one extra without telling me that it was charged that way. The price was close to the 4 piece MEAL price but she didn't tell me so I didn't know I might as well order the meal until after the transaction. Adding one tender was around $2.60. They each also come with a choice of sauce. She didn't even ask which sauce we wanted and just assumed it's ranch. I had to come back and ask for the right sauce. She easily complied. No sure why this was how we were treated like if it was biased or not but this was our experience. Everything else was fine like food and regular KFC, fast food ambiance. Can't really expect more.Basically,Please train basic customer service: greeting, product knowledge, basic human treatment expected working with people. Don't make customers come back and correct things. Karen barely qualified today."

"I would rate this place the same as KFC since they're located in the same area and for similar reasons. The food is consistently average; neither Taco Bell nor KFC excels, but neither are they disappointments. I expect my meals to be reliably decent. The service gets a score of 3 as well, with a blend of excellent and good experiences, occasionally mixed with one or two less favorable ones, leading to an overall average of 3. The ambiance is also decent, earning a score of 3—not remarkable, but not unpleasant either. The establishment is generally clean, including a reasonably well-maintained men's restroom."

"Listen. Taco Bell is my favorite. But hear me out. The dinner shift is lacking, and something needs to be said. When I come here for LUNCH , it's perfection. The lady at the window is a super star. Lunch shift I never have an issue. The last 2 times I've come here on dinner shift... it took way longer than usual to go through the line. But worst of all. There was literally... no cheese sauce in my cheese cup for Nachos. It looked like someone had already eaten it. My burrito was flat. The prices have almost tripled since the beginning of the year, and I keep getting less and less food. This needs to be resolved. I know some things the store can't handle, like prices. But cmon. I KNOW for a FACT that I'm supposed to have more cheese sauce than what I got. My bean burritocould have not only had a tea spoon of beans in it. Pictures will be attached to show food quality. Do better guys."

"Went here on Thurs June 23rd around 715pm got the crunch wrap meal, personal pan meat lovers and breadsticks. I couldn't even finish the crunch wrap or taco as both were stale the cheese was congealed and it was lukewarm. Later that night I ended up with food poisoning lasting into Friday. Do not eat here very disappointed. My boyfriend got sick from there as well. The service is slow and the food is terrible. Go anywhere else."

"As for vegetarian choices, they claim to offer these options, but they're often out of black beans and potatoes, and they may randomly add meat to items that shouldn't include it. You're taking a chance with vegetarian options—it's about a 50/50 likelihood. Regarding dietary restrictions, the only diet drink available is Diet Pepsi, so if you don't like that, you're out of luck. They also don’t consistently honor swap requests, such as substituting beans or potatoes for meat or changing meat choices and removing toppings."

"I stop by to pick-up lunch at 12:45pm on a Friday and placed my order for 2 pot pies... after 5 minutes I was told that the pot pies would not be ready for 22 minutes and at that time I declined my order because several nights before at approx. 5:30 pm on a Saturday I had place an order for 4 pot pies and I was told that they had to make them and it will be about a 22 minute wait and I said I don't mind waiting, but after 20 mins had went by I was told that they didn't have any pot pies and would I like something else... so I asked for the original recipe chicken and I was told they didn't have that either and it will be another 20 minute wait for them to make some, so I took what they had (crunchy) and asked for Cole Slaw and Mac Cheese only to find out later that they never gave me the Mac Cheese... I don't know if small town KFC/TB don't get stock like the bigger city restaurants but this needs to be address."
