"My experience at this restaurant was fantastic four years ago, and I was pleased to see that they have expanded since then. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. We started our meal with a watermelon margarita and a blood orange drink, both of which were tasty, but we particularly enjoyed the watermelon one. The guacamole Oaxaca appetizer that we ordered was delicious, with each ingredient tasting very fresh. For our main dishes, we had Lupes and Carnitas. The Lupes dish was particularly outstanding, with well-seasoned chicken breast that was tender and not dry. The Carnitas were also excellent, perfectly seasoned and tender. The Salsa Verde had a nice tanginess without being too sour. The charro beans were also a standout, with a smoky and salty flavor that paired well with the rice. I asked for salt, but never needed it, as the dishes were perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly, and although we had a new server, she did a great job. This was by far the best Mexican food I have ever had, and I will definitely be returning.
