"Literally the worst order i have ever received not only was i missing stuff but my food was actually just thrown in the bag and hanging out of the wrappers, And my burrito was the actual size of a chicken nugget almost like it was a joke because i don’t think you could possibly mess something up that much!! And the place genuinely just looks disgusting all of there employees just sit around in the seating area laughing and messing around like it’s school, and then continue to serve the most disgusting food you could ever have. this is a consistent thing not just a one time occurrence. "I usually avoid fast food when I want to treat myself, but I ended up ordering from Taco Bell twice in one week, and it reminded me why I typically stay away. Unfortunately, my orders were poorly prepared, and it felt like there was a lack of care in how the food was handled, as if no one had considered whether they would want to eat it themselves. While the atmosphere and customer service were pleasant, there was a recurring issue with my orders. Each time, I requested the crunchy Dorito Gordita taco but received a regular crunchy Gordita taco instead. I really hope the staff is following food safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness because after both visits, I felt quite nauseous."

"Our food took a little while to arrive, but everything was served hot and correctly. They offered a nice selection of drinks, although the beverage area was a bit messy—something that can happen with just one careless person. There was also a small seat facing the menu, which was nice while we waited for our food. The dining area looked pleasant and tidy, featuring a large table that could accommodate 6-8 people, alongside several smaller tables for 2-6 people. I tried the Frito Burritos, and while I enjoyed them, I would have preferred a bit more Fritos inside—just a personal preference. The mini chicken quesadilla was spicier than I anticipated. My husband had no complaints about his soft taco or burrito. We received a fruit stamp for our drinks, which was what I would consider the standard. Overall, I’d consider stopping here again during my travels, but I was really disappointed that there was no changing table."

"My family recently visited the drive-thru, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The person taking our order was rude, and we weren't asked if we wanted any sauces. When we asked for some after receiving our food, the manager only gave us five sauces for our ten items and quickly shut the window before we could request more. She then glared at us until we left. Additionally, the Nacho Doritos Locos Chicken Tacos we ordered were practically empty. The manager really needs to improve her hospitality skills or consider a different career."

"You have a sign that says inside open, with no time on the sign. Also, very, very slow drive through. Washington is growing and you don’t keep up with the town.. crazy how slow you are inside and drive through. I witnessed 2 vehicles leave the line. That is money lost. "I tried the new Double Beef Burrito and it was fantastic—loaded with plenty of beef and bursting with flavor. I was hoping to get the Nacho Fries, but unfortunately, they’ve been discontinued. I really think they should be a regular item on the menu. I'm eagerly awaiting the return of the Mexican Pizza as well. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly."

"Doesn’t seem like a good location at all. We waited forever for a person to take our order at the drive-thru and when a guy finally got to us, my dad tried to order Cinnabon Delights, but the guy taking his order said, “We don’t have those!” in a rude tone of voice, so we just drove off. The other thing I don’t like is that they still advertise the Mexican Pizzas, even though I read on Google that they’re discontinuing them until the fall. All the locations have a piece of paper on their menus that just say, “Sorry, we’re out of Mexican Pizzas.” Nope, they’re not serving Mexican Pizzas at all, they’re just discontinuing them until the fall, so why would they write pieces of paper that say, “out of Mexican Pizzas” instead of saying, “Mexican Pizzas being discontinued until fall”?"

"Our experience was top notch. It's not often that you see the owner walking from table to table to meet, great, and insure a good dining experience with every table. The restaurant was clean, orderly, and every staff member seemed happy. The warm savory salsa that starts your meal was perfectly blended and spiced. Our meals were a comfortable blend of mom's cooking and something new. With unexpected flavors at all the right times. I had the 4 enchilada meal which has beef, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole in each. Giving me a new flavor with each new enchilada. We live a fully nomadic lifestyle working so we eat in different states weekly or monthly. Next time we are coming through New Mexico, I'll be anticipating La Salita Restaurant."

"I've frequently ate at this tacobell for 10 years. And it just keeps getting worse and worse. Today I went in ordered food and the lady making my food was on her cell phone spitting as she spoke and making food at the same time. I told her that she should not be using her phone while making food that it was a health code violation. She told me to stay home and cook my own food and that her health codes where none of our business. And that I can not eat her food if I did t want to. And then the lady manager got a smart mouth and said her employee was allowed on the phones while cooking food. Keep in mind she wasn't changing her gloves when touching her phone and the food. So we asked for our money back as it was none of our business how she makes our food. I took a pictured am sending it to the health department."

"Order thru app.. paid with a debit card. Got to the drive thru, went straight to front of the line. Had my order in under 2 mins. My tacos were awesome. I think they may have switched their hard taco shells.. They seemed crunchy'er and didn't get mushy like usual. The burrito I got, i wasn't able to enjoy because they mistakingly put spicy sauce on it. Not how I ordered it.. But it won't keep me from going back. We all make mistakes. "I've been visiting this location for many years and have always enjoyed my experiences here. However, during my latest visit, I waited over six minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. When someone finally came over, they asked if I was "just picking up." I explained that I wanted to place an order, but the staff member pointed to a kiosk behind me, insisting that I needed to use it. When I mentioned I would be paying in cash, she let out an audible sigh, clearly annoyed at having to assist me. Despite this frustrating experience, the food was excellent, which is why I'm giving it more than one star. I hope that on my next visit, the staff will have a more positive attitude."

"This restaurant's quality really depends on when you visit and who is working that day. Unfortunately, I've wasted hundreds of dollars on poor food and service over the past few years. Weekends are not as good as weekdays; lunch tends to be decent, but dinner is a letdown. The food itself is quite disappointing—there are more dishes but fewer ingredients. The staff seems unfriendly and unmotivated, giving off an impression that they don’t want to be there. I've even seen them smoking weed outside while customers are waiting in line. "If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife and I stopped at this restaurant for breakfast this morning. We purchased two breakfast boxes to-go, intending to eat at the gas station. When my wife opened the bag, we realized that only one of our breakfast boxes was inside. We went back to the restaurant to retrieve the missing box, but they refused to provide it, claiming that both boxes were given to us. If I wanted my order to be so badly messed up and to receive such terrible customer service, I should have gone to McDonald's instead. At least there, I would have received my food as ordered."

"Arrived to walk inside to pick up a door dash and doors were locked due to a holiday party for the staff, get in car pull around to drive thru when I reach the window my phone got yet another door dash for the same Taco Bell, I received the first order and explained what happened another order and asked what they recommended should I pull back thru for times sake....the girl says hold on kicked it into Boss Mode I heard her yell to her team working to listen up the door dash just arriving is the priority needed now , they all responded and they hustled the order out I was shocked and so happy she was a boss for sure and deserves props all around!! "Friday night I ordered food at Taco Bell. As i was ordering i noticed a young man vomiting in between the garbage can backdoor. I was hoping it was just someone that was sick that had come to eat. As I paid for my food and was handed my food the young man walked into the service area where the food was being prepared. I understand that getting sick happens but to see someone getting sick and then walk into the kitchen and prepare my food is not ok. I called and talked to a manager who honestly laughed at me and told me he would have to watch the video after he told me the employee washed his hands and since he was sick he was sitting in the managers office. The lack of concern was disturbing to me. I didn't ask for a refund even though i would not of touched that food. Do better Management. Be respectful when someone has a complaint."
