"The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!"

"I held my rehearsal dinner at Nai, and it was a fantastic experience! They provided a private space for our group of 20, which was spacious and ideal for the event. The food was wonderful—my favorites were the paella and the scallops. The service was excellent as well; the servers were very attentive and kept our sangria glasses full all night. Nai was the perfect choice for our celebration!"

"My husband and I stopped in for a light bite and drinks on Sunday afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised by the great experience we had. We sat ourselves outside on the patio. Our server (I wish I remembered his name) was fantastic he providedgreat recommendations and was super attentive. The queso was superb but the cocktails are what really blew us away. They werevery reasonably priced and had something for everyone. Their house made Apple vodka cocktail was so light and refreshing. Wewill definitely be back to try more drinks and food."

"Had the BLAT it was DELICIOUS! Bacon was cooked perfectly, firm but creamy avocado on top, the whole thing tasted very fresh, and the side salad was light and a nice complement to the sandwich. Service was solid, and price was reasonable for this area. The only thing I don't like about this restaurant is that the tables are SO crammed in that you practically have to cross the whole restaurant just to find a path that will actually allow you to get to your table."

"We ordered the Chicken Wrap and the Honey Chicken Sandwich, along with a side of loaded fries. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was great, and the lively atmosphere made for a fun backdrop while we waited for our food to arrive. One thing to note is that there are quite a few pigeons roaming around, hoping to snag some crumbs. We didn't mind at all, as we love animals and birds, and may have even shared a few crumbs with them. Overall, I think this is a fantastic spot to sit outside and enjoy a meal. We can’t wait to go back and see what they have in store for their Christmas display!"

"It took a long time to receive our food, even though we were the only table in the restaurant for most of the hour. We requested separate bills, but it took at least 30 minutes to get them sorted out at the end of our meal. "We arrived as the first customers at 5:30 PM for a pre-show dinner, but the music was unbearably loud. We kindly asked our server to lower the volume, and he said he would check with the manager. A few minutes later, the music was toned down a bit, but within ten minutes, it was blasting again. While the food was delicious and the service was satisfactory, having a conversation was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the drink prices are outrageous—$20 for a house cocktail. Regardless of the cost, there's really no price low enough to make me tolerate the loud music."

If you’re looking for a nice wonderful night out, more fancy than the normal Island places this is the place, it’s well worth the drive to get there!Our food service, were excellent, our server Jenny N was attentive, and served our beverages promptly, and gave great table side service.The Christmas Buffet was presented in a professional manner, all food was hot, and the dessert station was presented very appealing!We definitely will be back, and recommend The Chateau to anyone wanting a wonderful dining experience, with great ambiance, great food, and great service! "I’ll start with the positives: Was seated upon arriving on time for our reservations. The spanish chorizo and patataz bravas are delicious tapas options to start with. The seafood paella was a good size serving for 2 people even though waiter told us it was for one and was just OK. The negatives: Seating is very tight, we were seated smack dab in the middle of the restaurant stuck between a table on each side. Each time someone walked by they bumped into us or the table. Our waiter was not very attentive, saw him a total of 3 times and gave us a bit of an attitude when we told him the fresh walleye tasted disgusting it had bananas on it at the end he did take off the bill but did throw in a couple of sarcastic comments. The grilled octopus appetizer was small and flavorless and for some reason they put blue cheese on it. Would not recommend. The salads given were random and not too great because they are with 1000 island dressing plus don’t ask what kind of dressing you want. "Great place for brunch! My partner and I went around 1pm and it was pretty busy so we sat outside. Workers were friendly and helpful. Food was super yummy and came out pretty quickly. The mimosa flights were great too! A good size for flights. The only little thing that happened was, they gave me the wrong choice of meat (bacon instead of sausage patties) but I was too hungry so I didn't bother mentioning it. This is more of a casual, self serve restaurant (which I like) so don't expect to be constantly checked up on."
