"My friend and I came to Galena for a little day getaway. Fried Green Tomatoes was a recommendation to us and the reviews looked good so we decided to come. We were so excited to have a nice dinner. I love the look of the inside. You could instantly tell the manager was great at his job. Sadly he is one of the only reasons there is a star. We ordered bruschetta for an appetizer and I thought it was delicious. Main course was lobster ravioli and 2 seared scallops. I got the lobster ravioli and it was fine- wasn’t wow. I bit into a scallop and instantly spit it out. It tasted and smelled old- I couldn’t identify what the smell was besides cleaning product or a hair bleach, but then I realized it is an ammonia scent to it. Regardless if it was an off day, I feel like the chef should have noticed this and been a little more careful. I was just super disappointed. The scallops were taken off the bill but I’m still upset I spent $50 for a meal not that great. I don’t mean to be harsh when it comes to this review, but I’m just being honest. I also deducted a star because as a mother I feel all restaurants should have changing table this one did not. It should be mandatory for any family friendly restaurant to have a changing table- there’s enough room for one. I do this to every restaurant without a changing table. I wouldn’t go back:"

"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"Once again, the Hangar proved to be the ideal spot for gathering with friends for a delightful dinner. The noise level was slightly higher than usual due to a large party, but it was Saturday night, after all. Our server, Kevin, was exceptional, just like the food and drinks. This place is quickly becoming one of our favorites!"

"We were seated on the upper floor with a wonderful view by the large open windows overlooking the beach. The service was decent but not particularly noteworthy. The desserts were nice, though not exceptional—comparable to what you'd find at Publix. I thought the portion sizes were satisfying. I enjoyed the vegetables and the twice-baked potato as my sides. However, they did burn half of my seared shrimp. It seems that their chicken and pasta dishes aren't their strong suit, so you might want to skip those. I did try the scallops and crab-stuffed shrimp, both of which were quite good. My brother was very happy with the tuna he ordered."

"We went on a Sunday night. There was NOBODY there. Literally more staff than people. We split the steak and frites which I don’t recommend because it was a small portion. It was pretty good. We directly went to another restaurant after we left and enjoyed our meal."
