"The food is decent, but the service is quite disappointing. They are rude over the phone and often put you on hold for what feels like an eternity. It’s frustrating because I can hear everything while I’m waiting, and it sounds like they’re just goofing around. The organization in this place is really lacking, and it takes an awful long time to get anything done. Additionally, the restaurant itself could really use a deep cleaning—it seems like they should close for a week to get it sorted out. Overall, I’d give the food a 3 out of 5."
