Easy To Go Tacos #2

Ordered at 7:44 and my order was not given to me until 8:25. My chicken had pieces of bones. This use to be a favorite place to go to. Not anymore.

The Bistek Tacos were so yummy. Their Extra Salsa was yummy! The limons were juicy and fresh so it was amazing on my tacos yuuuuuum.. this place was good

I truly loved it! The bistek tacos were delicious, and the limes were juicy and fresh, which made everything even better. The nachos were just okay, maybe a 2 out of 3. However, the tasty tacos with the juicy lime really stole the show.

Recently service has declined in quality. We tried on one occasion to call for an order and nobody answered. When I get to the place you can here the phone ringing and nobody answers. I think they are also having trouble with their equipment because twice I have wanted to check on my rewards and system is down.Food: 5/5

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant for the first time. The bistec was overcooked and tough to chew, and the onions were burnt as well. The cueritos were served hot instead of cold, and they were brown and soggy. It was quite unappetizing. I feel bad leaving this review, but it seems like something has changed with the cooks or management. View menu

We ordered the big taco platter because the food is typically delicious, but unfortunately, we were let down when we got home and started eating. They only provided a small bag with forks, salt, and pepper, and there was no salsa included on the side. We were really disappointed and it affected our enjoyment of the meal. It really took away from the experience. So, if I'm going to spend a good amount on food next time, I expect all the essential items to be included—especially the salsa!

Lemonade tasted bad not fresh at all tasted like bad lemon peels acidity I threw it away also had too much sugar The flautas tasted sour really nasty Like it they have been kept in thy freezer for months possibly rotten nasty tortillas The meat was really bad I felt like throwing up only ate a couple I was super hungry on my lunch hour I threw them away too Paid for sour cream it looked like cottage cheese and the cueritos were super soggy falling apart The place needs a clean up disinfecting The restroom was dirty smelled really bad

The food is decent, but the service is quite disappointing. They are rude over the phone and often put you on hold for what feels like an eternity. It’s frustrating because I can hear everything while I’m waiting, and it sounds like they’re just goofing around. The organization in this place is really lacking, and it takes an awful long time to get anything done. Additionally, the restaurant itself could really use a deep cleaning—it seems like they should close for a week to get it sorted out. Overall, I’d give the food a 3 out of 5. View menu
