"I ordered from UberEATS and only ordered an arroz con Mariscos. First time ordering from this place. The description on the app stated shrimp, calamari, crab meat, clam, mussels, and lobster meat . There was a good amount of shrimp (mostly small ones) and calamari. It came with 2 clams (very tiny meat) and 4 mussels (very bad quality, no meat). The crab/lobster meat were just crab/lobster delights (imitation meats made from Pollock). The rice was good but I was disappointed with the quality of the clam/mussels and false advertising with the crab/lobster meat. I didn 't expect a whole lobster tail or a big crab but was expecting small pieces of it. I definitely wouldn 't recommend this dish but I will try the peril next time to give them one more chance."

"Great food and festive atmosphere. We came into get food to go and they had live music and every one was enjoying the sounds. The food is nothing short of what you love about Peruvian cuisine, spices, flavor and tender meats. With many options for meat, seafood and veggie it?s a great lunch or dinner spot in the area. Having only two meals here I know I will enjoy many more when I go back. Definitely visit on the weekend nights for the festive music!"

"Aside from the food, the restaurant was quite dirty, which should have been our first indication to leave. To make matters worse, all the dishes were extremely overpriced for the low quality of food we received. We won’t be coming back, and I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and start making improvements. "This was my first time trying Peruvian food. My mom suggested this for her Mother's Day treat. Our waitress was very friendly and checked up on us. Food: Calamari Frito: This was one of their special and it was only $10. The calamari was very tender and had the right seasoning. I ended up dipping it in the green sauce which was amazing! Arroz Con Mariscos: Peruvian Paella- Such huge portions! The dish came with an assortment of seafood: shrimp, scallop, squid, fish and one mussel and the rice was cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed the spice that it had and had a lot of leftover for the next day. Tenderloin Lomo Saltado: My mom's favorite when she comes here. I tried a few bites and the meat was very tender. Also there's french fries in the dish! Overall, I'm glad I got to try this place out since my mom has been wanting for me to go. Can't wait to be back."

"Tonight was our last night here. Service was poor and mediocre. We?ve been here plenty times before, never had an issue before. Until tonight. Not only was service very dry, not welcoming, but the food. What in the world happened to the chef? Food was tasteless and simple. Definitely did not have the Peruvian taste to it. The leche de tigre was sour! Not spicy and full of flavor the way it should be. Our Arroz con mariscos and Chaufa con mariscos was basic, simple, and bland. Very disappointing. The green and yellow sauce were just as bad. To top it off i ordered some pupusas to go, pfft i thought that would at least be better. Boy was i wrong. 21.00 for 6 pupusas only to look like the picture!!!! What kind is presentation is that!? Over all very disappointed and won?t be coming back."

"I do not recommend this place at all. The food quality was poor and disgusting. Pork was either undercook or 90% full of fat. They replaced my food with a new plate. The lady who I assume is the owner and her son never even bother to stop by and apologize for the disgusting meal. I used to visit this place often when I worked in the area a few years ago, and I can tell you quality went down. The meat is cheap and full of fat. My port loin was the size of two pages it was made of bread crumbs for the most part. Assuming by their lack of caring knowing the food quality, I'm surprised no one else has complain. Needless to say I told my family never again we will eat at this place.Lack of customer service and food quality its not worth the money."

"Waku Chicken used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It has changed a lot over the past 3 years. The food seems of poor quality now and portions are much smaller than they used to be. I ordered online recently, and when I arrived at the restaurant they told me they did not receive my order and refused to give me a refund for the food I had already paid for. The man at the register was rude as well. That was the last time I will ever go there. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. You’re better off going to Pollo Peru or Pollo Campero."

"Mancora is unpretentious, which is always something to love in a restaurant. I was totally satisfied with the tasty Peruvian-style lo mein (mine with beef) accompanied by a Peruvian beer and would order the same meal again, except that there were so many other menu entries I'm curious about. One dining companion ordered a delectable fish dish swimming in a tomato-based sauce. Another diner ordered fried fish bites, which were perhaps a little heavy, and the service was leisurely. But the space was light-filled and open, and the noise level allowed for conversation. We'll go again to check out the lunch specials."

The owners are very friendly and welcoming . He’s the chef and she runs the dining area.This is a Bolivian/Peruvian restaurant that represents both countries very well with its food and drink selection. I recommend their “moconchinche” (I have no idea if I spelled that right). It’s a very refreshing drink made from dried peaches…think of it as a sweet iced peach tea. You also must try the salteñas. They’re basically Bolivian meat pies and they are super juicy and delicious.Julianna’s gets a clean five stars from me straight across the board…and my whole family agrees to that.“Muchas gracias señora! "I 've dined here plenty of times, but this time I couldn 't dine in and had to order to-go. I tried calling about nine times and the phone kept being busy.... Are we in the 90 's??? No call waiting or second line?? Lol Anyway, I wasn 't able to order my food over the phone (I know I could 've ordered through a third party, but I wanted to order direct), so I sent my husband in to order. Turns out the lady employee was on a personal call, told the person on the phone I 'll call you back later very candidly. Took the order and called her friend again. Wow, holding up the phone line around dinner time for personal calls, sounds like they 're losing out on business. The Arroz con Mariscos was delicious and the alfajores satisfied my sweet tooth. The restaurant is always clean and not too loud. I will prefer to dine in next time to not worry about calling ahead to order."
