"great food, great recipes, great ingredients. this place needs more marketing and advertising (at least the two times went). this last visit felt like the team wanted to go home on time. I have worked and managed a few restaurants, and if the business is slow, the time seems slower to move and the desire to go home early or on-time is increased. superiors must make hard decisions about service, call and cost for the company. the team remained open, but I would recommend that the server first notify the table (last call) that the kitchen is close. we wanted to order 7 desserts, but never got the chance. the first time we were here, the team closed early and the sign said: “We close early because “you know why” “. lots of luck chicken shack. we love eating and the atmosphere. we wish them a lot of business so they can give a little extra service and not that customers feel as if they would prevent them from going home and closing the door."
