"I?m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this coldstone location. I ordered a custom ice cream cake earlier this week for my husband?s birthday. Though the cake is decent, not great, it is not what I ordered. The ice cream layers are not the flavor I ordered (I ordered cake batter and it is clearly sweet cream, and the 2 mixins I ordered for the ice cream were not included. Also the fudge layer is nonexistent. I was so disappointed when we had the cake this evening. When paying $50 for an ice cream cake, I at least expected it to be the correct specifications. Also my experience picking up my cake was less than ideal. When I arrived, the open sign was lit but the entrance was locked. I stood there knocking on the door and windows for at least 5-10 minutes with no one in sight to unlock the door. I went back to my car to get my phone to call, and the employee answered and said he accidentally had it locked. I go back to get the cake and the employee was nice enough but not wearing a mask. I had been debating between ordering from this location and a different location, and had decided on this one because of a recent good review. I was very disappointed and decided to share my experience and really wish I had gone with the other location option."
