Delicious ice cream and great staff. Just beware the Boo Batter ice cream gets dye all over your lips and it is hard to get out.

The cake I ordered for my son's birthday fell over when putting it in the freezer and they were kind enough to make me a new one free of charge! Thank you.

This is an outstanding shop with excellent customer service! The management is superb. I had a delightful experience; the staff handled my order perfectly. I ordered a custom birthday cake online through their website, and it was not only beautifully made but also tasted amazing! I will definitely return here for all my cake orders in Boulder. They do as well ice cream cakes they look delicious. The portions of the ice creams are small, medium orlarge. Prices are middle range. The service was nice and polite, they have few tables to seat indoors. You are required a maskto enter to the store.

Amazing ice cream and fantastic service! I had the joy of visiting on a night when the owners were there. They are a charming young couple with a newborn, and their involvement truly enhances the experience! My favorite flavor is the "cookie dough"—it's incredibly tasty, and I highly recommend it. This has become my favorite ice cream place in Boulder, and it's by far the most inviting Cold Stone I've ever been to!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Cold Stone location. I ordered a custom ice cream cake earlier this week for my husband's birthday. While the cake is decent, it is not what I ordered. The ice cream layers are not the flavor I requested (I asked for cake batter, but received sweet cream instead), and the two mix-ins I selected were missing. Additionally, there was no fudge layer at all. I was let down when we had the cake this evening. For $50, I expected it to meet the specifications I provided. Though the cake is decent, not great, it is not what I ordered. The ice cream layers are not the flavor I ordered (I ordered cake batter and it is clearly sweet cream, and the 2 mixins I ordered for the ice cream were not included.
