"We placed an online order at 7:21 PM instead of using DoorDash, and we didn’t receive our food until 9:45 PM. The estimated delivery time was 65-75 minutes, which already felt excessive, but we tried to be patient. However, when it hit 8:56, I called to check on our order. The woman on the phone informed me it would take another 15-20 minutes, but she offered to comp our meal, which seemed fair at the time. The problem is, we still didn’t get our food until 9:45 PM! By then, everything was dried out from sitting in their warmer for over two hours. I contacted customer service to express my concerns, and the representative told me that since they already provided a comp, there was nothing more he could do. I warned him that if they couldn’t improve their service, I would leave a negative review on Google, to which he simply replied, “Thank you for choosing Mazzio’s, have a good night.” This is absolutely unacceptable customer service! I noticed there were at least three people working there, if not more, who could have delivered the food before it became inedible. I will NEVER order from this location again!"
