"We placed an online order at 7:21 PM instead of using DoorDash, and we didn’t receive our food until 9:45 PM. The estimated delivery time was 65-75 minutes, which already felt excessive, but we tried to be patient. However, when it hit 8:56, I called to check on our order. The woman on the phone informed me it would take another 15-20 minutes, but she offered to comp our meal, which seemed fair at the time. The problem is, we still didn’t get our food until 9:45 PM! By then, everything was dried out from sitting in their warmer for over two hours. I contacted customer service to express my concerns, and the representative told me that since they already provided a comp, there was nothing more he could do. I warned him that if they couldn’t improve their service, I would leave a negative review on Google, to which he simply replied, “Thank you for choosing Mazzio’s, have a good night.” This is absolutely unacceptable customer service! I noticed there were at least three people working there, if not more, who could have delivered the food before it became inedible. I will NEVER order from this location again!"

I believe this restaurant serves one of the best cauliflower pizzas in Midwest City. The crust is thick and flavorful, and the sauce is just perfect! This place is amazing!

I was thrilled to find Mazzios when I arrived here, as we don’t have them in Texas. This was one of my favorite pizza places in Arkansas, and it still lived up to my expectations! View menu

Called in order and 30 minutes later still no pizza. No one has even spoken to me about how long till it’s ready. Frustrated since my dog is in car waiting for me. Won’t be back. Took 45 minutes for one giant pizza.

I visited the restaurant for the buffet and arrived at 5:45 PM to find very few customers. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have a salad because there was no lettuce available. I asked for lettuce twice during my visit, and they only put it out as I was leaving. Additionally, the salad bar featured frozen ham, and overall, it was very poorly maintained. I noticed that other customers were also complaining about the service, as the staff seemed to ignore requests and visitors. This location used to be a bustling Mazzio’s when it had better management and employees. It's clear why they are struggling to attract customers now.
