"My review is 1 star after tonight. I order the ‘Uncle Buck’ burrito when I come here. For some reason, the cook, or whoever makes this, constantly forgets to add the bbq sauce or sour cream. 2 critical ingredients as this will be rather dry without it. The previous 3 or 4 times I ordered this I noticed right away both were missing. So tonight when I called in my order I nicely asked can you make sure this is added, as it’s always omitted, even though the menu description clearly says this is part of the burrito. Well when I get home after3 or 4 bites I noticed both are missing again. It’s like why did I bother even asking if it’s not going to be included. I ordered from here tonight as I got a gift certificate, and was in the mood for a burrito. I used it the last time when I ordered 2 of these burritos, and the same ingredients were not included. I have $20 left on the gift certificate, and honestly, I will be done with Three Amigos. If I ask to please add the ingredients that should be there, and it’s ignored or forgotten once again, then what’s the purpose of to keep coming here? The burrito is delicious when all of the ingredients are included, but no sense to keep on coming if it’s going to be wrong. If this one is wrong all the time then the other times are probably messed up just as much. One last thing, tell the person who picks up the phone you're in Massapequa Park, not Massapequa. Two completely separate towns. You might as well say Seaford or Wantagh if you're going to get the town wrong, just like the order is always wrong."

"Towards the end of a weeklong road trip and a five hour drive I found myself needing a place to rest for the night. The hotel I pre booked happened to be in a seemingly rough area. Luckily I could see a brightly neon lit restaurant across the street. I saw that it was a Columbian restaurant by the huge sign out front. I’m not columbian nor have I ever had columbian food. The parking lot was busy and nearly full so I thought to myself…”let’s try it”. And I’m glad I did. Once inside there was a great lively crowd with Columbian music playing in the background and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The place was done up in a very quality way. I grabbed a seat at the large centrally located bar which was stocked with just about every alcohol you could imagine and was greeted by a beautiful young Columbian lady. She was nice and recommended a couple of dishes off of the large several paged menu. She also said I should try the Columbian beer which I had never even seen anywhere before. The food and the beer were great and reasonably priced. This place was definitely a Diamond amongst a bunch of coal in that neighborhood."

"Save yourself the headache and your money this place is gross. I order a grilled chicken breast sandwich and they grabbed their season chicken strip/ veggie from the buffet(which by the way didn?t bother me, but it was not chicken breast) definitely not what I order. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite but obviously the sandwich won?t taste right because the chicken is season for a whole meal. I kindly request to get another sandwich, however, Iset the employee decided to get an approval from her boss. I overheard the conversation and this woman made it sound like I was being annoying and a difficult customer which it was not the case at all(this is my first time in this place it will definitely be the last). Once I overheard her rude comments I refused the sandwich and requested my money back which she made it completely difficult. An awful experience for someone that was literally starving and gracing good food. Below is a photo of what they gave me. Like I said save your money. In that same plaza in the other side is a wayyyy better Dominican place that has never, EVER given me any issues and is super neat and FRIENDLY"

"Overall, my experience at the restaurant was quite positive. I ordered a burrito, but I felt it had too much rice, making it somewhat mushy. On the plus side, the other ingredients were excellent. The cashier had estimated a wait time of about 15 minutes, and that turned out to be accurate. The food was flavorful, although not spectacular. Aside from the extra rice in my burrito, everything else was up to par. In summary, I had a nice experience with the service, as the wait time was just as the cashier had indicated."

"THIS IS THE HOLY GRAIL OF DELIS. I wish that was an exaggeration, but I am NYC born and Queens-bred, so judging delis and bodegas is in my blood. Sabeli is 12/10 in every single category, every time I have ordered. I needed to write a review this time because on this occasion, I asked Ms. Michelle to re-create a sandwich I love from a restaurant in the city. She absolutely nailed it- it required caramelized onions which they do not have ready but they took the time to do it for me during their busiest hour of the day (1 pm lunch) and it's those little things that keep us going during our crazy days. Sabeli treats their customers like family, the quality of the food is unbelievable; perfect and fresh to order every time. The service is as fast as possible without compromising on courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. And for those who may be skeptical about the price, I assure you that given the sky-rocketing costs of everything their prices are still extremely competitive and reasonable and barely reflects the incredible quality of the food you get. Sabeli is worth every dollar and visit. Love this place!"

"I had a rather unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly rude and I was shocked by the lack of staff (one person working while another seemed to be just standing around). I felt extremely uncomfortable and would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. I tried to order a sandwich from their menu, which was displayed on the wall, but the employee didn't seem to understand my order and was argumentative due to being overwhelmed. The food was decent, but I would recommend going to a nearby fast food restaurant like McDonald's for a quicker and less stressful breakfast experience. Overall, the atmosphere at this place was not great."

"I discovered this restaurant while looking for a lunch spot and decided to give it a try. I called in my order for jumbo shrimp, rice, and salad. Upon arrival, I parked on a nearby street and went inside to pay the gentleman at the front. My food wasn't ready yet, so I waited for a short while. Once it was prepared, a friendly lady brought it out to me, and I expressed my gratitude before leaving. When I sat down to eat, I found the meal to be delicious and quite satisfying."

"ordered from them on doordash and the picture they used wasn’t the dish I received at all which was super upsetting to order something and not get anywhere near what was pictured. I got the avocado jumbo shrimp dish which was pictured with beans rice lettuce and a bunch of other things which looked really good. It also stated it came with chips but when I received it it was just chips with shrimp avocado and pico on top. The taste was okay."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time on February 12, 2022, with a large group, and I must say I was really impressed by both the food and the service. "This is a small place with big flavor and great service. Its latin food in general, but they favor a bit more Ecuadorian food, which I enjoyed. I never had a chicken soup that had cheese, different but good. The pork had a lot of flavor, rice well done and lentils with consistency and good taste. I tried also the lollipop (paleta) and like it a lot. reasonable prices too, not cheap but not expensive either. Will go back."

"This place is really awesome. If you want a healthy drink come here. The owners are really nice, it’s a cozy spot but there is outdoor seating. "The food here is incredible. They have the best tacos, burritos, pupusas on Long Island. They also have a hot bar with different items featured daily. Pulled pork, meat balls, fried chicken, roasted chicken and so much more. All deliciously fresh and reasonably priced. You can choose your size plate starting at 10$. So your wondering why 4 stars? The help? most of them are out to lunch. I tried calling 2 weeks ago to place an order? the phone would ring once and stop. So here it is 2 weeks later we called again, same thing. So I went there asked if something was wrong with the phones. She said I don?t think so. So I called with my cell phone standing there?again one ring then cuts off. The girl is like ? ohhhh I?ll tell the owner?. So I ordered and had to sit there 30 minutes to wait. It?s also very uncomfortable to sit and eat in there. Unless your 100 pounds or less your behind does not fit in the uncomfortable metal chairs. So do take out if they fix the phones, otherwise plan a nice long wait for really great food."

"Ordered carnitas tacos. Portions were good. Sauces they offered were filled half up, but they were good. The tacos had peppers and tomatoes as toppings, with slices of lime for each taco. I ended up slicing up my own limes. The meat was ok. Not the most tender carnitas I’ve had.I got the tacos as a BOGO offer so I only paid half price for them. I would describe these as the most mid tacos I’ve ever had. Not bad, not great. "The sweet plantains werent really sweet and they were a little too black and hard. Beef had too mich fat but it was good. Great portion, the boiled potatoes were SO good and the rice was warm and not too salty. Pork was really really good. Overall not bad for the price, just wish there was a pork platter by itself and not the pork and beef."
