"I decided to bring my parents here to celebrate my dad's birthday and their anniversary together.The decor and atmosphere felt very much in line with the Middle Eastern/Lebanese culture. It felt very fancy in a cultural way.Our server was very friendly and really engaged with us. The food was delicious overall, there was very minor pickiness with the food being a little too salty or undercooked but wasn't disappointing.We order the Arabic Style Shawarma with extra toom which hit home for me. My parents had the combo kebabs which was delicious. We also ordered the Fatayer for appetizers which felt a bit undercooked and salty. And for dessert we had Atayef and Kanafeh which was personally too sweet for me but was still good overall. For drinks we had spiked mint lemonade and regular strawberry lemonade both were refreshing.The restaurant hit our nostalgia of eating in the Middle East in the past. As a birthday and anniversary gift my parents enjoyed their time here.They do have night events with belly dancing that we are interested in attending one of those days!"

"This is the best place to eat near the Rutgers campus and Easton Avenue! The food is fantastic—fresh and delicious. The owners and staff are always friendly, and the prices are reasonable for such authentic cuisine. You really can't ask for more. I highly recommend the Gyro Sandwich; it’s not too gamey at all. The Sutlac is amazing—trust me, you have to try it! And don’t forget the baklava; those little pastries are delightful! Everything here is so healthy, too!"

"I had seen this restaurant on the Instagram and based on the reviews, I wanted to give it a shot. I decided make an extra trip to this restaurant and the good thing was that I didn’t have to wait outside of the store but the line inside the store was huge as well. I went ahead and placed the order for doubles and loved it so much. At the end, I had some questions for the owner and he was so friendly to let me take pictures of the restaurant updated menu and halal certification where they receive halal meat from. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area since they provide quality food with awesomely affordable price."

"Well, the food arrived in a timely fashion.. lLet's start with the bagging.The cold cucumber salad was placed on top of the hot Pad Thai and next to the hot soup. So By the time it arrived the cucumber salad was between warm and very warm.So I was very hungry, so I opened the pad thai and dug into it immediately only to find thatnot only were the noodles flat in the bottom but also square in the corners AND it had next to no flavor How long had those noodles been in that box?. Really, probably the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. The tofu was overcooked and tough. Oh, and although I specifically requested to have no ice in the Thai iced tea, The paper cup was filled with ice.I mentioned paper cup because it's soft and when I tried to remove the plastic seal from the top, of course the paper cup squashed making most of the liquids spill out.Don't waste your money on this place. "We arrived about 25 minutes before 3 and there were people dinning in and still being served food as we waited yet they still didn’t allow us to dine in. This seemed silly since after we had to place a to go order we got our food and there were still people sitting inside eating. The worker just continually kept looking at her watch.The food itself—we got chicken tika masala, samosa, and chili chicken.The food was flavorful and hot. The spice level on both the masala and chili chicken were great. A bit of spice but mostly flavorful. Would go back to try more of the menu."

"leyla is a great place to go when they are in charleston and want authentic Lebanese (as long as they are ready to spend a little more) because they had a special menu for the see Wee event, we could not get many things we wanted. they made us falafel and spicy carrots, although they were not on the menu for the night, because I told them I was vegan and was really excited to try these dishes. I'm glad I was both amazing. (falafel was the best thing I had) we also got hummus, which was very good and shared the fat salate and vegan moussaka. my only complaining was the pita was not warm, which is usually my fav part! the service was perfect and the food was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return if I can order the complete menu."

"Not worth it. Spent nearly $20 on a Philly Steak Sub , Mozzarella Sticks. While it tasted good enough to eat after spending your money on it, it was bland and could been better. Its a basic cheesesteak anyone could make at home. MarinaI sauce was runny. I ate half and gave the rest to stepson. Needed more seasoning and peppers and onions. Would not get again."

"We went there on a Friday night with about 15 people, the food was excellent. Came back the next night with a group of 11 families totaling about 50 people , they gave us the private dining area, food was excellent again, they took complete care of our group. A big thank you to the staff, when our group comes back to the Bedford area again, I know at least 11 families that will be back to dine with the Bedford OIP !!!"

"My fiancée and I just had dinner here and I had to come and leave a review! We are from the Albany region and stay the week outside Utica in our camp. We came to the city to visit a local shop and came here for a late lunch. We had 10 garlic wings and a small veggie pizza. It was AMAZING! The wings were perfect, crispy and sauce was incredible. The pizza was just the right size, perfectly boiled crust and not greasy. Definitely the best pizza we had and will certainly make a point to come back here soon! Above all, you have to give the staff a huge scream! Very friendly and quick service!"
