"Great food, great price, quick delivery! We ordered around 6pm on a Wednesday, and expected at least an hour for delivery, but it arrived in about 45 minutes. Everything was hot, well packaged, and smelled incredible.Because this was our first time ordering, we ordered several small items to try.We had boneless wings, pizza rolls, a calzone, a spicy chicken ranch pizza, and a cookie sandwich. The breading was a little soft on the wings, but that's not unusual with a delivery. The dough for both the calzone and the pizza rolls is delicious! The pizza rolls almost remind me of a mall food court pretzel stuffed with pepperoni and cheese. The pizza was also great. The seasoning on the chicken mixed with the ranch and banana peppers gave a great balanced flavor with a touch of spice.A couple reviews mentioned the marinara being too thin or too bland I disagree. It is full of spices and seasonings and the perfect consistency for dipping the pizza rolls or calzones into. The only negative was the cookie sandwich, which isn't made by pizza street anyway the cookies were very bland and dry even with the frosting, and the frosting didn't have any flavor. It mostly just tasted like whipped butter. But we didn't order for the cookies, so that wasn't a real issue.Overall we were very happy with our order, and we'll be ordering again. I want to try the sandwiches next time!"

"Ordered a Halloumi wrap, falafel player with the spicy hummus and potatoes and fries, and baklava. I'll start with my favorite. The Halloumi wrap was great. The mint felt fresh and there was a blend of sauces that gave it a great kick. Got hot sauce on the side which was your typical Tabasco and not really Lebanese hot sauce. The portion size was also really filling The falafel platter was good and a big portion but I felt like it lacked a bit of spice despite the spicy hummus. I guess if I were in the restaurant I would have access to hot sauce so that would have made it better. Very filling though The baklava was really good but it WS small, and literally a bite. I've been here a few times and think it's a fast place for good falafel and wraps, and will def visit again."

"I highly recommend this restaurant in Westchester for their amazing coffee, delicious $2 steak breakfast sandwich, friendly staff, and incredible cook. It's my favorite breakfast spot in the area!"

"I've only ever ordered takeout, and the food is always ready within the estimated time they provide over the phone, so I've never had to wait. The pizza is consistently good, although the appetizers can be hit or miss, which is pretty subjective when it comes to taste. I did encounter one instance where there was a significant difference between the price I paid and what was listed on the website, but I realize I should have checked the total before completing my order."

"When we arrived, the restaurant acted surprised that we had a reservation and said they usually didn't take reservations for 2 on NY Eve. Very odd because I obviously made a res online. They sat us at the bar saying they were waiting for a party to leave although there were a few open tables that would have accommodated us. The owner(? stopped by once we were seated and made a strange comment about the reservation. I eat here about twice a month and it seems like this place has changed staff and not for the best. Food remained good."

"I just ordered from this restaurant via UberEats, and I think I may have set my expectations too high based on their menu and the few photos available. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to what I was hoping for. The pizza was just okay—definitely not worth raving about. I had assumed it would be similar to classic NY-style pizza, especially given how they present their toppings, but I was let down. In fact, I’ve had better pizza from Papa John’s, which isn't even my go-to choice among pizza chains. Considering the taste, quality, and size of the pizza, the price should really be lower—at least by about $3. I ordered a build-your-own medium pizza along with some cheese rolls, and it totaled $25. I won't be spending my money here again, unfortunately."
"Most pizza around here is the really thin crust pizza cut into squares or a national chain. Manhattan is an exception, with pizza being closer to what you’d get in New Jersey. The pizza is rather good, and there are quite a few unique pizzas here (I like the eggplant bella myself) along with the more standard options. There’s also good gyros here, as well as calzones and rolls, which are close to calzones but with open ends. Subs, salads, wings, and Italian dinners are here too. Not a big fan of the subs myself but the rest is worth trying. Just note that there’s no pork here at all, so you need to adjust if you tend to order that as a pizza topping."

"This restaurant is run by a bunch of crooks. Dishonest people. They charged an unauthorized $58 tip to my credit card for my food delivery. They promised to refund us our money, but then stopped responding and told our credit card company that this was an authorized charge. These people should be in jail. They have just lost thousands of dollars in business. Food is ok, but I'd rather go to a different restaurant where they don't try to steal your money. They are now being investigated by the Better Business Bureau and the NY State Attorney General's Office"

"We had a last minute order where we needed 15 (yes, FIFTEEN) pizzas. I picked up what was available when I needed it and the folks at La Vera later delivered the rest as soon as they were done. The pizza was fantastic and everyone was happy. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate us and this huge order while still being very friendly. I will definitely order a day ahead of time if I know we're feeding a large group."

"Had a delicious meal. Mixed appetizers with satai chicken, spring rolls and dumplings. Chicken was dry. The dumplings and spring rolls were excellent. Sesame chicken was very good as well. Good food and fair prices. We will go back again."

"We chose this restaurant for a family meal on Christmas based partly on their great reviews. This experience was unfortunately abysmal. We arrived and were seated pretty much on time although they had to drag a table and chairs from the back to complete our reserved 8 top. The restaurant was busy but had a lot of wait staff. All seemed to go well until after we placed our food orders. It was a fairly long wait, which we were initially OK with as they were busy. Finally 2 meals arrived, a few minutes later 2 more, than the 5th one came. The five at first waited politely for the other 3 before starting to eat. However the other three didn’t arrive in the next 15 minutes, so those with a meal began eating before their food was completely cold. We kept being told “two minutes.” Two minutes turned into nearly 30!! During which the waiter asked one person: “What did you order?” Two of the 3 meals were from the Kids Menu: Pancakes for one and a waffle for the other! The third meal was Avocado Toast with a hard boiled egg. Finally the kid’s meals arrived, by now everyone one else had finished eating! A few minutes later the Avocado Toast arrived with two fried eggs instead of the one hard boiled egg. Adding insult to injury, during the long wait we observed that several people who arrived long after we did were being served their meals! The only thing that came quickly was the check with a 20% gratuity added nary a word of apology for the unconscionable wait. I went to discuss the situation with a manager, explained the above and was told that “we always add the gratuity, we are open on Christmas (as he they were doing us a favor) and we’re doing the best we can!” Again no apology, just totally tone deaf. At this point I just told him I was NOT going to pay the 20% for such totally unacceptable service. After some further grumbling he told the waiter to remove the gratuity, we paid the bill and left. Of hundreds of restaurants this was worst ever!"
