"Employees were so accommodating and helped us understand the menu since we do not live around a White Castle. Employees also were very polite with a smile on their face. The food was fresh and delicious. We will keep this location in mind for future travel. Now if only Tennessee will get some White Castles near Knoxville, We would eat it more often."

"I'm not sure what the heck was going on this particular night I went but I've never had an issue with this White Castle EVER! I was so disappointed in the non-service that was given. Myself and many, many, many other vehicles waited at the speaker in the drive thru to order only to never have anyone speak and say what the problem may be. So I rode around to the window just to see what looked like the manager and one young man standing at the register, I couldn't tell if they had trouble with the headset or speaker or if they just didn't want to work but I knew I wasn't staying so I drove off. My thing is this, if something was wrong with the headset mic or the drive thru speaker, there were several doors the manager could have walked out of to explain the situation to all of the cars, he could clearly see there was a line because White Castle has glass windows all around except at the drive thru speaker. Do better because I literally like you all at this one so please do better. Blessings to the staff and their families. I'm giving it a three star because I know this is a four star restaurant but I have to see what the next visit brings."

"Back in town for the week and wanted to have a fresh egg and cheese sandwich. Visited here around 6:40A.M. on a Monday and they had a long line in the drive through. The wait was rather long but thats to be expected since they cook the breakfast as its ordered, or at least that is how it used to be. So I try to take that into consideration. The lady taking the order seemed to be new or just overwhelmed. Wasn't very personable. Breakfast sandwiches were so greasy the paper sack was saturated. I wanted the strawberry banana smoothie and was told it was sold out! I was surprised it would be sold out already at 6:40A.M. This place has gone down over the years. It's sad but sign of the times. Doubt I will stop here again next time I'm in town. I will go to the one off Bowles Ave an 44."

"It all started when my wife and I had reservations at a certain fondue restaurant that shall remain nameless. We arrived at 6:45 just to be shooed away like common riff raff, told that they didn 't have us down for the reservation I booked a MONTH in advance and furthermore did not have the vegan cheese option we requested ahead of time.So that left me scrambling as we were all dressed up with nowhere to go. I googled to see if there was someplace equally classy to eat at. There were a couple of high end steakhouses in the area and a few chain restaurants of note, but I wanted something a bit more regal sounding that matches my wife and i 's lifestyle. Lo and behold, I found there was a restaurant in town located in a literal castle!We arrived around 7:30 but felt awful because we had not pre-booked our reservation. I gave my keys to a rather scraggly looking valet who coughed a bunch and scratched himself like he had fleas. He mumbled something as I watched him pull behind the building with my car and then around the block and kept driving. I guess the lot is off-property.When we arrived, I was surprised to find that we had free reign to sit wherever we wanted! I chose a very convenient spot near the counter. To my surprise, the ordering is similar to a French Cafe! I greated the young lady behind the counter. "Bonjour madam! "She clicked her gum and tapped her rainbow colored nails on the register in rhythmic fashion. "What can I get you, sweetheart? "I have to admit, I was blushing at her straightforward advances. I had to keep my composure as I requested to know the house special. "We got sliders, sliders with cheese, onion chips are pretty good. You can get a sack of those. Ever had chicken rings? "I was ashamed to admit I had not. It 's amazing to realize that not only were we lucky enough to dine in a castle, I could get rings for my dearly betrothed. I ordered onion chips, two jalapeño cheese sliders (so exotic! And a medium order of their finest of rings.I have to say, the food was exquisite. The sliders are like the burgers I had at Gordon Ramsay 's Vegas restaurant, but bite sized like tapas. The rings and onion chips came with their own unique sauces that danced on our palates. As I approached the counter to leave a generous tip for our waitress, I was met with a very seductive "goodnight hun! "Such service! Such gourmet delights!If only I knew where that valet went..."

"I got an drive through order for me and two other people in drive through and drove home and discovered my order was nothing I cry ordered. I called the White Castle and they had me drive back and get my right order and never extended the decency to give my money back for their mistake. That’s the second time I have been there at this same White Castle and ate inside and it was so bad in the ladies room and trash was so full coukdnt get trash so I decided to do the drive through bummer. "normally good except for the man who works in the morning never has my order ready. he always puts mobile application input to the side instead of doing it. then I miss the ones on my sandwich today, so I'll call there. the dame argued with me that the reciept would not say, if it said very clearly, 1 wurstei and cheese waffel slider, 1 add speck, 1 add cheese slices. She didn't apologize at all, didn't even say that bye was just hanging on the phone. my favorite part was, she said she was trying to replace that sandwich? deon is clear today, he is always respectful when they make a mistake. I command almost the same, 5 days the week. that are $45 a week I put in the load time, which is around 52 weeks and that is a great number. make them do better to ensure that customers are not treated as they 're scamming their business over their fault. I didn't even find it as big as mistakes, but her manager led directly to this bad review. It may be necessary to train sensitivity."

"if I could give them a zero, I would! first took the cash in the car thru my payment with the same gloves on them prepared the eating with. bring my card back and get them all greasy. if, of course, I told her something and she didn't say anything. at this point I have no plans to eat this food, but she did not look like she would give me a refund so that I have notified her to take her. I only checked the food to see, and the eggs looked like they had fallen on the floor or cooked on very bad grill. it was disgusting and I will never return to this place again! "Although there was a long wait time, it sure was worth it! The entire meal was hot and fresh and give my kudos to management and it's employees. I also made a compliment to the manager. When I saw the long lines, I said let me go inside. For whatever reason I thought it would be faster to then realize that it doesn't make a difference as orders come out based on the time/order it's placed. The person taking the orders was upbeat and also working the line. The worker preparing the sliders did so in such a manner they it was all placed accordingly and NOT sloppy. Obviously he takes pride in his work and it shows. The restaurant/inside was very clean and well maintained. I honestly can say that I enjoy eating here every once in a while. Hope you also have a great experience (when you visit)."

"I was very disappointed. We don't have WC where I am living in Texas, I was so anxious to get a WC Double cheeseburger. We went through the drive-through and found a help of disappointment. The person at the window was sour and mean in her attitude. Very snarling and rude. Then the food, the burgers were dry, with not much taste. I was looking forward to a nice soft, tasty little burger but was sorely . Very unlikely to go back or to welcome a place like this to Texas."

"Okay, I know it's fat-fast eating, but these sliders are fantastic when they eat after greasy comfort or they're on the jump and have to get in quite fast somewhere. my man and I love the black bean sliders (probably a little more than the standard Veggie sliders, but both are good! We just get them clear, but I also got them with Thai chili sauce that is great, plus pommes. we also sometimes go to the breakfast on the run her black coffee is the best and some hash brown heel flakes, no milk/cream. seasonal make them fried green beans that are also incredible and vegan!"

"There are so many options now! I decided to try the Sloppy Joe Slider, which tasted exactly like a sloppy joe—if you like that, you'll enjoy it. I thought it was okay. Next, I had to order one of my favorites, the Chicken Ring Slider, for nostalgia's sake. The most expensive item I chose was the Chicken and Waffles Slider, but it ended up being my least favorite. The chicken was decent, but the waffles were bland and lacking in flavor. Lastly, I sampled the 1921 Slider, which pleasantly surprised me. It was a big slider loaded with toppings, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The prices are always great, so I could still afford a sackful if I wanted! I realized that I forgot to grab a classic regular slider until I was already outside, so I'll definitely be returning for a couple of those and to explore more of the menu."

"I specifically walked here to get burgers to take back to Florida. When I received my order there wasn't the 6 regular burgers in there that I ordered seperatly. I asked the manager and he said he put it in the case with the 20 cheese burgers. I told him I purchased them along with the 20 cheese burgers in the case. He told me they were in there with the 20 cheese burgers. When I got home to Florida (of course they were not in there). I was so pissed! Other then that the place is definitely a hole in the wall and neighborhood is horrible (people begging inside and outside of the place). The place is also old and very run down. But the food was amazing and the staff was very nice and a happy staff (even the manager) as I know he was just overwhelmed because the place is busy. They worked as a team and the food came out very quick. The manager was on everyone to keep it moving."

"I arrived at the restaurant half an hour before their listed closing time. A sign stated they were open until 2:00 AM, so when I rolled in at 12:30, I saw someone ahead of me placing an order and thought I'd be okay waiting. However, after 25 minutes with four more cars behind me, two staff members came outside and announced they were closing early! They instructed us not to move forward. If they had let me know they were closing ahead of time, I wouldn’t have waited so long. It felt as though they were deliberately withholding that information instead of communicating it clearly. It's essential for employees to stay engaged throughout their entire shift, or at least to inform customers promptly if they plan to close early. No one enjoys feeling ignored, especially after waiting. This kind of poor service is completely unacceptable."

"The burgers were great. I got the 20 pack plus other things. What I didn 't like is I wanted the 60 pack. The employee saw it on my phone and pulled it up on her phone and the app plus asked another employee. Well, the computer wouldn 't let them key it in for the price shown, under $30. So they said it will only ring up $80+ although she said she see it advertised for that price. That was disappointing. Oh and no we don 't do overrides"
