"Slices are filling and service is fast and friendly... as for the discs. the dough is dense, so expect a heavy slice. Kruste is not thick, but also dense.. The dough is resistant to chewing. Sauce is wet and on saucy side... but not as tasty as I want. Cheese is abundant with beautiful train and chewing. I filled mine with some pepper flakes and oregano and it tasted perfect. Pro Tip: Ask for lunch special: 2 slices and a can soda $6."

To address the owner, I’m not looking for a resolution; reviews are meant to inform others about their potential dining choices. I waited 15 minutes for my order, despite being the second one placed, and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. They looked right at me and handed me the sub, suggesting they didn’t see it as a problem. Unfortunately, since this restaurant is located in a tournament facility, there aren’t many options for families here. Given the passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, it seems my kids will be having Dunkin' Donuts from now on."

"Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. They can offer me free wings the next time I order. Excuse me, there will not be a next time. So I was out of my money and food because I hate chicken tenders. The manager explained to me that he will refund my money or send me the correct order. I should give him a few minutes and he will call me back. I never received anything and the manager never called me back."

"Very nice place. We did dine in, our server was very friendly and helpful. Very Large menu with many different items, and styles . The place is actual ran by some Turkish immigrants, I had the gyro and my companion had the cob salad, we had cheesey garlic bread and deep fried mushrooms for appetizers. As we where finishing up our meal the father of one of the Turkish family brought to our table a homemade dessert they where having it was very good"

"This place has very mediocre food and they are probably the slowest with deliveries that I have ever dealt with. I once ordered online and needed to call to make a slight change and I literally had to call 40 times in a row back to back to speak with someone, no exaggeration. "After a few drinks with friends at the nearby brewery I came here with a craving for pizza. The theme of the place was New York City and it was interesting to see the names of neighborhoods lining the walls and bridges in photos. I ordered two slices. "We've been ordering from Frank's for years, and it's always been excellent. I typically place my orders online, and the food consistently arrives hot and even before the estimated delivery time. Recently, I ordered a large plain pizza, and just as I was about to enjoy it, my dog jumped on me, causing the entire pie to land cheese-side down on my doorstep. Feeling defeated, I had to throw it away. To my surprise, the delivery driver saw what happened and went out of his way to call the restaurant and have my pizza replaced. He didn’t need to do that, but I truly appreciated it. I even tried to give him an extra tip, but he refused. "The ordering experience was quite frustrating. I placed a takeout order, and the person at the register around 10:30 AM on July 1st, 2023, wouldn't let me take a moment to look at the menu. He kept bothering me even after I asked for a few minutes to decide. It was really annoying. Additionally, I find it absurd that each item is priced separately. For instance, a stack of pancakes costs $10.50, and if you want eggs and bacon, that's another $6.95. Ultimately, after this experience, I didn't even want my food and ended up giving it to a homeless person."

"I didn't try the famous hot dog, but I had the pasta, pizza, and fried dough garlic bread. The pasta with cheese and sauce was amazing and very filling, with a generous portion of pasta and plenty of cheese. I would rate the pizza a 3 out of 4; I only got two slices instead of a whole box, so I can't say for sure if a full box would be different, but those slices were quite large. My wife loved the fried dough, which they cut into strips, and the kids also enjoyed it. Again, they were generous with the toppings. I was surprised to see milkshakes and a lot of other menu items there; I always thought it was just a hot dog place, but they had so much more. I recommend calling in your order ahead of time because this place gets busy, and you’ll have to wait if you don’t. Also, when I visited tonight, they were cash only, so make sure to bring cash. I’m not sure if that’s always the case, but it’s best to be prepared."
