"This is my second experience with the pizza being made incorrectly. When I called to address the issue, I was met with a rude response, being told, "When ordering online, you need to remove items you don’t want." I completely understand that process; however, the issue was that they added ingredients that should not have been on the pizza in the first place. Instead of resolving the situation, the staff member argued with me and talked down to me, insisting they were just following ingredient cards. There was no apology for their mistake, and they offered no solution after I expressed that I wasn’t willing to go out again tonight."
