"I had my wedding dinner at Choplins which I made months in advance. It took over an hour to get seated. The manager did nothing but give excuses. She was very defensive which we thought was unprofessional. Everyone ordered the same steak the ribeye and mine came out as a New York strip. Again the manager just gave excuses and said they were all the same. Iâm from Texas and I know the difference. I was very disappointed in how we were treated. And the worse part is that it was my wedding day."
