"This place is poorly ran. The waiters have some generosity when serving us. When we're seated, they gave us sodas to drink. However, the sodas tasted flat as if the soft drinks were exposed to open air... Anyway, we waited for more than 15+ minutes for our food and my mother was getting impatient. Not just that, we also smell marijuana (like a strong presence of it). To no surprise, the owner or manager of the restaurant didn't do anything to prohibit or enforce the rule for it... We decided to leave and only pay for the drinks. Like seriously, we haven't eaten anything from that place, didn't enjoy the atmosphere, the services were mediocre but could have been conducted better. I would give this place a 2-star based on my experiences above. For those that want to defend this establishment, you either ordered carry-out or wouldn't mind waiting an hour to get food."
